CommentKeyword Reviews & Product Details

CommentKeyword is a dedicated Instagram marketing automation software built specifically for brands, creators, and digital agencies looking to turn post engagement into deep customer relationships and revenue. While the platform excels at instantly automating the comment-to-DM (Direct Message) workflow, its true power lies in what happens after the initial DM is sent. Instead of leaving users at a dead-end with a static link, CommentKeyword allows you to deploy intelligent, conversational AI agents in minutes. These agents turn raw comment-triggered DMs into guided, multi-turn conversations that build genuine rapport, ask qualifying questions, collect structured lead data, and smoothly guide users toward the perfect next step. For businesses seeking a lean, cost-effective alternative to ManyChat, CommentKeyword delivers the ultimate streamlined solution. ManyChat is a powerful but notoriously complex multi-platform tool that forces users into expensive, bloated tiered-pricing plans that charge you based on how many contacts you have. CommentKeyword strips away that overwhelming complexity. We focus entirely on mastering the Instagram ecosystem with an affordable, intuitive setup that features a plain-language AI Setup Assistant. Instead of building messy, confusing logic trees, you simply describe what you want your AI agent to achieve by having a conversation. The platform automatically drafts the entire conversational flow, giving you a high-converting, smart system without the premium price tag. Best of all, CommentKeyword is built to be incredibly accessible, offering a generous Free Forever plan that includes 300 automated DMs per month. This provides way more free usage than ManyChat right out of the gate, allowing you to launch real, live comment campaigns and see results before spending a single dime. When you are ready to scale or unlock advanced AI agents, our paid plans start at just $12 per month, making it significantly cheaper than manychat as your audience grows. We believe in simple, transparent pricing based strictly on the automated DMs you actually send, meaning no setup fees, no surprise billing, and absolutely no per-contact charges. Once a user responds to your initial DM hook, the built-in AI agent takes over seamlessly. The agent naturally handles lead qualification, routes prospects to the right offers based on their budget, and captures data fields or sends to the right offer. All of this structured data can be exported effortlessly via CSV or fed directly into your favorite CRM in real time using automated webhooks. Should a conversation require a personal touch, the system utilizes smart handoff rules to instantly alert your team to step in manually. Stop overpaying for overly complicated chat builders—switch to CommentKeyword to automate your Instagram conversions with affordable, next-generation AI.
