Trademark Factory® has been using Comfi Payments (Comfi App / Comfi.ai) for their BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) service between June 2023 and December 2023.

Things were going relatively well until they chose to discontinue their service to us at the end of December, which they had the right to do.

What they did not have the right to do is not pay us under the last batch they collected for us, for a total of USD $17k+.

We caught this in July of 2024 and they have since been feeding us promises to review, cross-check, and figure things out. All this just to buy time and not pay under what they owe under the contract.
