i like how the software is easy to use and they way the flow of the system. i also like that you are able to see reports of accounts and how you use those accounts. i also enjoy the simplicity of the software and how the accounts help not only the company but customers. i love how the system separates things and areas for you so that if you are looking for a specific thing you can find it easily. What do you dislike?
i dislike how the software looks i would love to see a more updates look on the software. i also dont like that the specific use of keys for different functions.i dislike that the company would give more educational videos so that you can learn the system more. i use the software for all problems when it comes to customer account. this is the main use of customer accounts and how we communicate with account services and recovery. i realized that this is really beneficial for companies so that customers can get the best service. i also have been able to use the system to understand accounts better.
