COI Tracker Reviews & Product Details

COI Tracker is certificate of insurance tracking software for businesses that collect COIs from vendors, contractors, and subcontractors. Add each vendor's certificate and expiry date, and COI Tracker emails you automated reminders 30, 14, and 7 days before the certificate lapses — so an expired policy never turns into a denied claim or a stop-work order. When a certificate is due for renewal, one click sends the vendor a professional request email from your address asking for the updated COI. Replies land directly in your inbox. Every COI can carry the original PDF, stored in a private bucket and opened only through short-lived signed URLs. Built for property managers, general contractors, facility managers, restaurant operators, and compliance teams who currently track vendor insurance in spreadsheets. Setup takes about two minutes. Free for your first 3 vendors, no credit card. Paid plans: Starter $29/mo for 25 vendors, Growth $59/mo for 100 vendors, and Pro $129/mo for unlimited vendors. No seat fees, no per-document charges, cancel any time.
