## Cohere Reviews
  ### 1. Cohere’s Focused AI Chat and UI Make Problem-Solving Feel Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh G. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohere?**

What I like most about Cohere is its AI chat feature. It feels focused, and it seems like the AI is genuinely useful for people. It’s really exciting to see a company building an AI chat with a clearly designed UI that helps with solving problems.

**What do you dislike about Cohere?**

There isn’t anything I dislike about Cohere, but there’s still room for improvement in pricing and accessibility. Integrations with other tools and platforms could also be made easier and more straightforward, which would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Cohere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cohere helps us make better use of AI, saving time by automating repetitive tasks. The chat option is also very clear and easy to use.

  ### 2. Fantastic Integrations, Top-Tier Performance, and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catarina A. | Executive assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohere?**

Improved my ease of communication at work/ with colleagues and dropped a lot of the mental bandwidth it took to do so. Integrations are fantastic, the performance is top tier and the price is right. The support is fantastic. Great intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Cohere?**

Sometimes it misinterprets what I’m saying and ends up giving answers that aren’t relevant or that miss the mark. That said, I tend to run into this with most AI tools anyway.

**What problems is Cohere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s been helpful for getting me through day to day without losing my patience or frying my bandwidth within the hour.

  ### 3. Efficient Summary Tool, Minor Speed Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohere?**

I usually use Cohere for reading documents for me and to analyze what was in the document with ease. I find it works quite well with understanding what is in these documents or large bodies of text and quickly summarizes it in a language I can understand. It gives me the key points if I wanted to, which helps simplify and summarize large amounts of data or texts. Overall, I think it's great to use, and the initial setup was pretty quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Cohere?**

I find that sometimes it takes a while for Cohere to read a large document and create a quick and easy summary for me. It takes a small bit of time to get a response when processing large documents.

**What problems is Cohere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cohere to simplify and summarize large amounts of data or texts, helping me understand documents more easily and efficiently. It works well for analyzing large bodies of text and providing key points.
