What I value most is the granular control over who sees what and for how long. I can send a sensitive campaign report to an external partner, set it to “view only”, require a passcode, and make the link expire in 7 days. If that partner leaves the project early, I revoke access remotely – no awkward calls, no begging them to delete files. The audit trail gives me real peace of mind. I see exactly when the recipient opened the file, for how long, and from which IP address. For a German agency handling client performance data, that level of accountability isn't optional – it's required. Setup was incredibly simple. A few things could be better. The interface feels dated – it's functional, but not as polished as modern sharing tools. New clients sometimes need a quick tour. Mobile experience is clunky. Recipients can view files on their phones, but managing shares or checking audit logs on mobile is painful. Pricing for larger teams adds up. For our 100+ person agency, the per‑user cost is noticeable. A mid‑market tier would help. No native integration with our CRM (HubSpot). We'd love to share files directly from HubSpot.
