Coach+ Reviews & Product Details

Coach+ is an online coaching platform for personal trainers, online fitness coaches, studios and small gyms. It replaces the PDFs, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads most coaches start with. Coaches work from a web dashboard: build workout programs from a 500+ exercise library with video demos (or add custom exercises), create meal plans with nutrition tracking, review weekly client check-ins with progress photos, message clients in one thread per client, and manage a calendar where clients can book sessions. A built-in AI assistant drafts training programs and nutrition menus in seconds. The coach reviews and edits every draft before a client sees it. Clients get the coach's own branded app: today's workout with demo videos, set-by-set logging, meal plans and food logging (barcode, photo or search), water and steps from Apple Health and Google Fit, progress graphs, and a private community feed where clients post wins and react to each other. Studios and growing coaching businesses can add coach users with their own clients, and sell programs and subscriptions through a native storefront with 0% platform commission. Coach+ is available in English and Hebrew and starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
