What standouts to me for CO3 is the delightful Customer Service, including speed and quality of resolution. The seamless integration and high ping density in transit gives us detailed data backed insights on operational service quality and is the backbone for our incident management systems. We are also beginning to strongly leverage additional data points to add value to multiple stakeholders in the sennder ecosystem such as drivers and shippers. CO3 have built-up integrations with over 450 GPS and telematics. They are also happy to add new integrations by working with willing GPS providers. The data quality and parameters supported fulfil our needs now, and we feel willingness from CO3 to explore how the parameters might evolve in the future.
