CMW Platform uses a subscription-based pricing model with licensing based on the number and type of users. Two types of licenses are available: named user and concurrent user. Organizations can choose the model that best fits their usage patterns. All core features are included in the license—such as BPMN 2.0 process modeling, task and case management, form automation, and enterprise architecture tools. There are no hidden fees for infrastructure or updates.

The platform supports both cloud and on-premise deployment under the same licensing structure. Implementation can be carried out internally or with assistance from CMW Lab’s consulting services.

CMW Platform has 1 pricing edition. A free trial of CMW Platform is also available.

"User-Friendly Workflow Automation with Great Features, but Pricey and Some Glitches"

What do you like best about CMW Platform?

High rated business process management and workflow automation platform as it is user friendly and we commonly use it about 4-5 times a day and its implementation is super easy and it has a lots of features which is very useful and its customer support is also fantastic and the workflow automation is super easy to use with real time tracking with full customizable and flexibility for deployment options. What do you dislike about CMW Platform?

It prices are way too high and sometimes the interface is glitchy and the learning curve is a bit slow in the mobile app which needs improvement also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
