CMR is a full service provider of housing, registration, and marketing services for citywide meetings, conventions, and exhibitions. We specialize in advance and onsite registration services, international and domestic group management, exhibitor services, session scanning/lead retrieval, CME/CE certification, hotel contract negotiation, and housing management services including a responsively-designed hotel booking site, custom configured to your program and offering a modern UI. We additionally provide high-touch customer support, from online FAQs accessible 24/7 to a phone/email contact center that operates from 6 am to 6 pm ET Monday-Friday.

**What do you like best about CMR?**

Our organization has used CMR to manage our annual meeting registration and housing for many, many years. We host over 14,000 domestic and international attendees at our annual meetings, including vendors, exhibitors, press and staff. The service has been outstanding! Their product and serve platforms continuously evolve and become more and more refined. Equally as important, our account managers have always been extremely professional, accommodating and eager to work through issues or make recommendations. Many of them we have worked with us for years, while others have changed over the years. However, anytime new representatives or managers have been introduced to our process, the transition experience has been almost seamless. I can't imagine using anyone but CMR to manage our annual meeting housing and registration.

**What do you dislike about CMR?**

While some or the serve platforms can be a little restrictive when we need to make customizations, they almost always find a way to address our needs or work through any challenges.

**Recommendations to others considering CMR:**

Just give them a try.  You won't be disappointed!

**What problems is CMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over the past several years we have seen the following:
- Steady advances in the user experience of the service platforms.
- Improved reporting capabilities, to include more detailed and refined reports and increased accessibility to reports.
