**What do you like best about CMP?**

I found CMP to be incredibly helpful in thinking about communication strategies, giving me confidence in approaching potential employers and improving my engagement through refined storytelling. The coach I had was incredibly valuable, available, and responsive. I also appreciated the framework for the stages of moving through job separation to landing a new job. Additionally, the frameworks around articulating value propositions and executive branding were very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about CMP?**

No complaints.

**What problems is CMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CMP helped me improve my communication strategies, boosting my confidence with potential employers and refining my storytelling for better engagement. The coaches were incredible, and the frameworks for job transition stages and articulating value propositions were invaluable.

**What do you like best about CMP?**

Everyone at CMP has compassion for their clients and passion for their work!  Joe, MaryAnn, and Charlie to name a few, have gone above and beyond to care for others and to provide quality networking experiences for the community. Lollie is an incredible resource that finds ways to improve the 'perfect' resume!  She is insightful yet respectful of her clients and is on a mission to help others keep up with the times and be the best they can be!

**What do you dislike about CMP?**

There is nothing that I dislike about CMP.

**Recommendations to others considering CMP:**

Utilize the resources that CMP provides to the maximum extent.  They are fantastic resources that are easy to use. Employees are there to help if you just ask and always feel free to let them know your needs.  They may or may not be able to help, but they will listen and give sound advice.

**What problems is CMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have worked with CMP for networking purposes and resume writing going through career transition.

**What do you like best about CMP?**

Clearly defined goals and regular check-ins made it easy to stay focused on moving forward. Solid advice through coaching and good tools helped make the road easier.

**What do you dislike about CMP?**

No notable downsides. I think the only impacts of my interactions with CMP were positive.

**Recommendations to others considering CMP:**

Since CMP was provided by my last employer as part of our layoff package, I'll speak to that perspective: if you are in a position where you need to let people go, while that will certainly be disruptive and painful, giving them some help to find their next job can cushion the blow. I found CMP to be a valuable resource in that pursuit.

**What problems is CMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CMP was very helpful in supporting my job search after an unfortunate round of layoffs at my last employer. Vince Auten was a thoughtful, knowledgeable and encouraging coach, and CMP's toolset was valuable in tailoring my resume and online profiles to the goals of my job hunt. I ended up in a role I'm excited about and am grateful for their help.

**What do you like best about CMP?**

What I like best is how they genuinely care about you. They see and hear you, and use their knowledge and time to support you in every way they can. My connections with Charlie Zinger, Joe Frodsham, Lollie Ramirez-Bennett and Stace Guillen, to name a few, have been meaningful and impactful in my career transition.

**What do you dislike about CMP?**

Hard to say. As an HR professional, I have worked with other firms in the past, but I have never seen a company provide support the way CMP does. I am genuinely impressed and have nothing to point out as a drawback.

**Recommendations to others considering CMP:**

The quality of the people and processes, their market knowledge, and overall efficiency stand out. You will find real support and results.

**What problems is CMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm an HR executive and CMP is helping me navigate a career transition. The benefits I'm getting are beyond the traditional outplacement service. Their market knowledge has helped me sharpen my approach, and their network has expanded my own. The guidance I receive is tailored, thoughtful, and has helped me stay focused and grounded through the process.
