I found CMP to be incredibly helpful in thinking about communication strategies, giving me confidence in approaching potential employers and improving my engagement through refined storytelling. The coach I had was incredibly valuable, available, and responsive. I also appreciated the framework for the stages of moving through job separation to landing a new job.
