**What do you like best about Clyde?**

Provide your customers with an additional incentive to purchase directly from you rather than from other sources. Clyde offers coverage for nearly anything you can think of, spanning commercial, consumer, and used products. Take all the necessary steps to enhance your product development, marketing, and customer experiences using data collected from sold warranties, third-party purchases, filed claims, customer feedback, and more.

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

Everything about Clyde is cool. No complaints at all.

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captures the day-to-day margin revenue. Extended warranties are proven to increase Average Order Value (AOV), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Incremental Lifetime Years (ILYs) as an automated process.

**What do you like best about Clyde?**

Clyde was very easy to implement and a great add-on for a sale. It integrates well with BigCommerce and requires no maintenance once it is setup. It was also much cheaper and easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

One of the downsides is that each warranty requires its own sku which was a challenge when integrating with our POS system. Luckily, Clyde and team were able to help us find a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Clyde:**

This is a no-brainer add-on for many products. We have had a lot of customers add a warranty to our refurbished products.

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have just begun implementing marketplace warranties which will be a huge benefit for us since a majority of our sales are on marketplaces. It is also increasing our average order amount.

It integrates easily with shopify which is our platform

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

low margins/high cost. Plus its based on retail price. If I have a product that has a retail price of $200 and I sell it for $100, Clyde charges based on the $200 price

Helps give customers a piece of mind if their product gets damaged

**What do you like best about Clyde?**

Clyde helps instill greater trust in our customers, as they know we and Clyde will have their back if anything goes amiss. The integrations with Shopify and Gorgias also make it seamless for our team to manage.

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

So much has already been built out this year that has enhanced the Clyde experience, and we only expect it to improve.

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clyde allows us to register our limited warranties for purchases made offline, so we can clearly track purchases that come from IRL stores, and not just e-commerce transactions.

Fast response from support team from onboarding to recent changes in contracts

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

We went from offering one-year, two-year and three-year extended warranties to just two and four years with an increase in price.  Had to lower my profit margin by 50%

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I only sell merchandise.  My suppliers generally offer repair and warranty work in their shops for their customers.  After the first year manufacturer warranty runs out, the availability of extended contracts with Clyde assures my customers get some peace of mind after spending so much on merchandise.

Clyde makes for easy integration and allows us to set prices that are enticing for our community.

It's not entirely self-serve, but they are getting better and better.

We have an expensive consumer electronic device that allows our customers a seamless and fast turnaround for replacement.

**What do you like best about Clyde?**

The extra income.  We have several $400+ products that offer Clyde and we have seen GREAT success.  Attachment rates are above 10%!

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

So far it has been a positive experience.

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem is solving our customers need to add further protection to their product.  With Clyde, we get extra revenue and the customer gets extra protection, it's a win-win.

The dashboard is clean and support is prompt.

**What do you dislike about Clyde?**

I'd like to have volume discounts on the protection plans when we sell in bulk to B2B customers.

**What problems is Clyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduced our workload when selling protection plans. The previous vendor required us to FTP data weekly. Now it's seamless.
