Sometimes the vendor dashboard can be a bit clunky when updating portfolio items, and options like reordering projects don't work quite as smoothly as they should. It's led to us being referenced in some AI citations and the platform used to bring us leads, but it hasn't been strong for us in 2 years. I believe their traffic has suffered in the AI era. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Clutch.co? First of all, the platform doesn't allow you to self-serve in meaningful ways. You can't edit your billing or make new bids on listings without talking to somebody and their account managers and customer service staff are terrible. If you need something that doesn't involve buying a new listing it's nearly impossible to reach your point of contact. Case in-point, I've been trying to cancel or switch my listing and have been ghosted by my account manager for 2 weeks now. They've also failed to implemented changes to our listings that I've requested on calls and have billed me incorrectly multiple times. The platform is also overpriced. Their pricing is 2-4x higher than other platforms. Finally, their review submission procedure is terrible. You can't import reviews from other platforms and our clients always complained about how long the Clutch reviews would take them to write. We had multiple clients bounce before finished the review process, something that never happened on other platforms.
