I'm sorry you've experienced delays in your support requests. We try our best to provide answers to your questions, as well as custom development work as timely as we can. In fact, we've created an escalation process for items needing development work and thorough notes on our accounts so that any developer that is available can help with some of those questions or development. I hope this improves the timeliness with your future questions and requests!
In addition to our scaling our support, I'd love to know if there are specific examples of types of embed code that you needed that we can share in our Help Center for others to reference as well. I'll also go back and connect with your developer, Megan, for any recommendations on customizations we can include in our documentation.
