Clubrooster.nl Reviews & Product Details

Clubrooster.nl is volunteer scheduling software for sports organizations, managing shifts for bar services, kitchen operations, cleaning, and other tasks. Administrators distribute schedules via WhatsApp links, avoiding the need for members to download apps or create accounts. Members sign up for shifts by providing their name, email, and phone number. Schedules are displayed in calendar views, timelines, or lists, with features like "Who When" tracking shift history to ensure fair task distribution. Visual indicators highlight gaps and overlapping shifts for better coverage management. Administrators create services by specifying details like title, duration, and required volunteers, with recurring tasks saved as templates. Team-specific links target relevant groups, while optional member accounts offer dashboards for shift management. Automated reminders help fill open positions, and administrators manage volunteer data, team assignments, and schedules via a centralized dashboard.
