I can customize the platform to meet my needs, creating workflows that match how they work. Teams can collaborate smoothly, which helps with communication and managing projects. Cloverleaf gives useful data that helps my organizations make smart decisions based on current information. I appreciate the helpful support team and the active community where I can share tips. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

I might find it hard to use at first because it has a lot of features. I think the cost is too high, especially for smaller organizations. Sometimes, I notice that it loads slowly, especially with big amounts of data. While it can be customized, I want more options in certain areas. Even though it connects with many tools, I have trouble with specific connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What sets Cloverleaf apart and makes it particularly commendable is its robust and intuitive matching algorithm. The platform excels in connecting users with compatible mentors or mentees based on a comprehensive analysis of skills, experiences, and professional goals. This meticulous matching process not only ensures meaningful and productive mentorship relationships but also fosters a sense of community within the platform. Cloverleaf's commitment to facilitating meaningful connections through a well-crafted algorithm significantly enhances the overall effectiveness and satisfaction of users engaging in mentorship on the platform. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

While Cloverleaf has several commendable features, there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. One notable drawback is the limited customization options for user profiles. The platform could benefit from providing more flexibility in personalizing profiles, allowing users to showcase their unique skills and experiences in a more distinctive manner. Additionally, the interface, while functional, might benefit from a more intuitive design to streamline navigation and make the overall user journey more seamless. Addressing these areas of improvement would undoubtedly contribute to making Cloverleaf an even more user-friendly and personalized platform for its users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

If you think you know yourself -- I ensure you, you will know exactly who you are after using cloverleaf. The assessments were easy to navigate and quick. You receive immediate feedback and insight on you. Not to mention you can utilize as a team (such as we do) and receive quick insights on your teammates to make working together more enjoyable. Everyone is different, and this is a wonderful way to gain a deeper more thoughtful look at your team as a whole. Which is absolutely wonderful for not only managers but coworkers in general. I love getting a daily tip in my email based on who I have meetings with that day. Learning how to better communicate with someone (especially a virtual team) makes it that much easier to knock out projects, have meetings or simply connect better. I opt in to daily email insights about myself and my team, which frequently is helpful. I have also learned better ways to motive myself professional and personally. It also has given a deeper understanding as to why I react/respond to various things I do. Implementing Cloverleaf as a team was a simple task, and integrating it everyday has been a joy. Highly recommend--you definitely enhance your communication and teamwork skills quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

I love the compilation of valuable information on a number of features all in one place. The test results are accurate, this modern approach to coaching is absolutely necessary in today's workforce and can be applied in all areas of life. The perspectives and verbiage gained from the training has made me a better manager. The tests were extremely easy to complete and were very informational. I appreciated the frequent follow up and daily lessons. I did share this with my coworkers and they are now using it frequently as well. The customer support is great. It integrates well in my daily workday. The implementation was easy since they start receiving notifications on new lessons right away allowing us to start improving communications right away. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

I would like more literature to go along with it. I like to reflect after work and take a technology break, having a book with inspiring scenarios and modern-day verbiage to work through different challenging situations would be extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

I like how Cloverleaf gives you options to reflect on the insights, and connects your own insights to that of your team. I have learned so much about how I work and think, as well as how my teammates prefer to work, helping me understand them better and on a deeper level, something I am not as natural at doing by myself. I really like how I get daily reminders and reflections. The integration with my email is super helpful. The platform is easy to use on a daily basis for simple glances, daily coaching. The frequency of the emails is perfect; I use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

Sometimes I don't like how Cloverleaf is set up - the dashboard itself. I have trouble going back and finding past insights. I also wish I had more clarity on which person works on which team. I wish it gave me more practical ways to apply the insights it tells me, as in, implementation on a practical level. My experience with customer support is minimal but always has been pleasant. "Excellent view into your team"
5/5
What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

Made my start with the company much easier as I was able to identify how to work with people rather than having to trial and error different work approaches on a person to person basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

Mental ask can be high. Sometimes I'll spend upwards of a half hour writing an entry. Not sure that's as effective a use of time as I'd like. The payoff is there though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
