The insights provided by Cloverleaf were incredibly helpful in getting to know new team members and direct reports on work style, motivations, communications styles, etc. and how to truly work best as a team and with individuals. It also helped to bring more awareness to my own work styles and where I may need to adjust to be most effective with individuals. The ongoing coaching tips are critical to keeping these insights at the center of an ongoing relationship with the team, versus a "one-and-done", forgettable experience that so many other assessment programs tend to become. It can be time-consuming to complete the assessments in the beginning, and some people were easily overwhelmed.
