"Valuable, Informative and Insightful"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research has been using Cloverleaf for many years and finds it a very valuable, informative and insightful tool for our entire team. The cross-battery of personality tests provides complete insight into each team member. The daily coaching tips on yourself are very helpful as well as tips on team members. It helps you better understand how you come across (both positive and negative) and learn how teammates think. This all leads to better communication and understanding.

We also have all candidates that we are seriously considering offering a position to take the Cloverleaf tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

There isn't a lot to dislike about Cloverleaf. The platform is easy to use and understand. To be honest, sometimes the daily coaching tips on yourself are so spot on that you say, 'Ouch!' But it is helpful. There are some daily coaching tips that you say,'Yes, that's so true!' It really is a great resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whether you're a CEO, Executive Coach, or Trainer, this tool is like a magic key that unlocks potential, fuels growth, and leaves a lasting impact. If you're serious about helping your clients thrive, Cloverleaf is where it's at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

As a coach, I often like to pull up Cloverleaf of my client for self-awareness, and share my screen. But, my view gives me tips on how to work with her versus tips she sees about herself. It would nice to have a toggle view for coaches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

It is very specific and practical. As somebody who works mostly virtually, it is difficult to get to know my new co-workers, and Cloverleaf has helped me be more aware of how I am and could be better at communicating with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

Cloverleaf gives you insight into what makes your team tick. It takes a large variety of personality assessments and aggregates, giving you insights in your inbox daily for anyone that you will meet with that day. It categorizes into different aspects and is immensely useful in moving through a storming phase on new teams and also in preparation for sharing corrective feedback with someone to better understand how to best reach them. "My Teamwork and Daily Habits have improved!!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Cloverleaf?

Using Cloverleaf gives me insight into myself and how I can be a better team player, manage my energy and take action with confidence. It also validated some things I wanted to know about myself such as the best time for me to do my most challenging work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

It took about an hour for me to do all the assessments, but I loved how they were organized so you could pace yourself and not do them all at once. I kept telling friends to just take a few days and enjoy it! I think people think they have to do all the assessments together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloverleaf is designed to uncover insights about your team that you might not know yourself. It's great for getting a starting point, especially as you join a new team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?

Some of the daily coaching is very generic and not that helpful. I find looking at other's test results far more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
