Its easy-to-use and can be accessed from anywhere with just an internet connection that allows me to use it most frequent. Cloudup stores data in central location, making it easy for authorized users to access and analyze data. It is cloud-based solution with end-to-end encrypted security features. Depending on the size of organization and maintaining Cloudup solution is slightly expensive. Implementing this is also complicated. What problems is Cloudup solving and how is that benefiting you? My time is freed up as payroll, benefits administration, performance reviews and other regular tasks are completed automatically. Document sharing, Approvals, Communication are all centralized and digitalized that eliminates need for paper forms and physical file storage and saves my time. It provides report and analytics that gives me clear visibility into key HR metrics like employee turnover, engagement and performance that helps me to make decisions about staffing, compensation and other training programs. It allow users to share a large dataset or file easily which we can't share via mail or other collaboration tool. It is developed by Amazon and thus provide a wide range of integration capabilities with other AWS products which reduces the user dependency on other third-party product for its smooth functionality. It also provides a sufficient cloud-storage capacity in basic version of this product. Also it's license and implementation cost is high enough and thus restricts its user community to large scale industries only.
