"Have made a lot of setup environments for software testing. Very positive experience."
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I like that I was able to add different VMs and edit their networking very intuitively. Also, it was super easy and helpful to take snapshots of the environments.

One thing I have recently discovered is - their customer support is very good. I had raise a support request in an environment where I was facing some network issues. The support person instantly got onto my environment, made changes himself and fixed the issue for me within 5 minutes of raising the request. It was really cool. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

There is the unavailability of some OSs on CloudShare like AIX and SunOS. Also, importing VMs from OVFs sometimes causes issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudShare makes setting up those complex training labs unbelievably quick"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I am very fond of how speedy we are to create complex virtual environments. The process of setting up training labs used to take ages before it can be accomplished in a few minutes. It is also a massive benefit that a demo environment can be snapshot and reset per prospect. It implies that each sales call will be made as though it were the first call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

It may at times seem to be a bit expensive when having to scale up to major events. Also I would like the analytics dashboard to have option to track the progress of individual users. Navigation is a bit less intuitive than it should be at times according to the new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
