Matt knew what auditors would ask for, kept evidence collection organized, and made it clear what engineering still needed to finish. That cut a lot of the usual compliance thrash and helped us get certifications across the finish line without hiring a full-time CISO. **What do you dislike about CloudSapio?** As a fractional engagement, intensity naturally dips when our side slows on evidence. We still had to own a meaningful amount of engineering work ourselves, so this works best if you keep an internal owner driving the technical items in parallel. **Recommendations to others considering CloudSapio:** Good fit if you are a startup that needs to move SOC 2 or similar certifications quickly and do not want a full-time CISO yet. Pair them with someone internal who can turn around technical evidence fast. **What problems is CloudSapio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Matt came in and helped us get our certifications moving fast. We needed SOC 2 and related compliance work unblocked for banking clients, and CloudSapio owned the compliance process end to end so engineering could stay focused on product while evidence and auditor coordination still moved. ### 2. I also value their expertise in the healthcare space; they know exactly what type of certification my product needs and how to implement it effectively. Their seamless integration with project management tools like Jira speeds up processes significantly. Moreover, their customer service is excellent, with impressively quick response times, and Matt from their team provides great support, being available almost 24/7. I feel confident recommending them due to these strengths. **What do you dislike about CloudSapio?** I think CloudSapio could broaden a bit in their services. They already help with domains, website challenges, and setting up AI tools, but expanding into more general IT support could be beneficial. They go the extra mile to meet your needs. **What do you dislike about CloudSapio?** As part of cybersecurity audits, a lot of questions are asked and some of the process components seem redundant. I guess it's more about the nature of audits of this type rather than something that I dislike specifically about CloudSapio. I have been through several cybersecurity audits in my career. **Recommendations to others considering CloudSapio:** Be clear about what you want. Make sure that those deliverables are documented in detail in the SOW. CloudSapio will do a good job but because this field is so complex, it is really up to you to get everything you wanted from the engagement. **What problems is CloudSapio solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudSapio performed a cybersecurity assessment of our product, suggested remediation items and retested to ensure that we had implemented the remediation correctly. ### 4.
