It always feels like the solution is right where it needs to be. I'm not a very technological person, but I was able to pick this up very quickly. Also, the customer service was very helpful the couple of times I needed to talk to them. **What do you dislike about CloudPM?** The only negative I have come across while using it is that occasionally the load times are fairly slow. I've never experienced the platform crashing or a task being left undone, but at times I have had to wait a reasonable amount of time for the task to be completed. **What problems is CloudPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem CloudPM is solving is allowing us to run our property efficiently with great organization for reservations. It allows us to serve our guests quickly and effectively. ### 2. The file sharing option and daily reports, along with the options for Subcontractor Mngmnt are so user-friendly! **What do you dislike about CloudPM?** Perhaps the data storage capacity for small teams. Or at least the option to save it alternatively. Honestly, there aren't that many dislikes with this software. **What problems is CloudPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The organization aspects of things in a unified one go-to spot. It's incredibly user-friendly and having one software for many items is encouraging! Our business performance has definitely increased! ### 3. I have had a great experience with them. The system layout is very easy to understand. It does not even require training, mostly self-explanatory. **What do you dislike about CloudPM?** There is nothing negative to mention about the app. Sometimes I experience a bit of slowness in the application, or it might freeze the screen. A little bit slow and causes delay. **What problems is CloudPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** A really quick implementation and they got us up and running in no time. The technical team is always available whenever we need them. The system itself is very easy and simple. ### 8.
