"An Intuitive Server Management Platform with a Recently Revamped UI"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

The focus on leveraging LiteSpeed and the ability to host WordPress as well as standalone Php applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

I wish there was better and more reliable email notifications for when a server is having an issue, also, there should be a feature that lets us upgrade from one Ubuntu LTS release to another. I upgraded manually and everything worked fine, but last time I tried, CloudPages didn't recognize my manual upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04LTS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is one of my worst experiences in years"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

At first, the podium looked promising because of the team behind it, but then it turned out to be the opposite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

Since the first day of the platform, many bugs have not been resolved after more than a year. Support ignores emails. I can't imagine having open tickets for two months and others that have not been determined for months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great support and great results"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

Since I moved my websites over to CloudPages, (on a Hetzner server), the speed went up dramatically! The dashboard is very clean and a WordPress website will be set up in a few clicks. The only thing I was struggling with was the email setup. Although CloudPages does not provide email, the support was very helpful and they helped me until everything was entirely resolved. Very glad about this!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

The fact that email is not an integrated part. It's so essential and although support was extremely helpful, it would be even better, when email was set up by default and in an easy way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A promising service that allows freedom"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

Fast and easy access to the settings and features I need access to most.

The ability to run servers and manage sites without being a SysAdmin. I am a designer, not a Systems Administrator.

Support has always been prompt and very helpful. The level of service they are providing is above and beyond any other software service I have used in the past. This is the type of service you experience on a paid service plan. I am feeling confident enough to use the service for important sites.

It's easy to configure and change any PHP settings I use. There is full control and easy access to all settings and configuration settings.

Importing and editing my own SSL or generating a new one automatically is really simple. Sounds like a simple task but being able to see everything the way they have laid it all out is comforting.

Access to settings I haven't seen as easily accessible in other control panels.

The UI is clean and enjoyable to use.

Support for LiteSpeed WebServer.

A lot of training and information on YouTube. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

At the moment they don't have Vultr as a server option, although I can see it is listed in the dashboard as coming soon.

I would like information explanation popups for all menus and options.

I had a small user error issue editing the wrong PHP settings due to the default PHP settings page being different to the selected settings for the server I was working with. It would be great if the default settings shown were for the settings used on the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced hosting control panel that’s easy to use with great support"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

Easy control panel navigation combined with great support. Sites created using CloudPages are also really fast because it uses Litespeed. We have moved most of our sites to Cloudpages now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

There are a few UI improvements I would like to see such as being able to add custom labels to firewall rules but these are minor compared to how well everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Product & truly outstanding Service!"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

The Customer service is truly outstanding, they really helping you through every challenge you might have through setting it up (even for a non-techie like me) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

There could be more documentation for beginners and non-techies, but the customer support makes up for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding customer support"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

While CloudPages team is still small and this is a new company, I can attest for their outsanding customer support. Without question Usman and his team have helped me multiple times with our server and doing above and beyond what we normally would expect from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

So far, they are on the right path with everything. Perhaps a log changes showing all the changes to their agent would be beneficial if publicly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to use and setup a VPS"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

I am used to shared hosting panels like plesk and directadmin. Never used a vps because i did not want the hassle.

I did the manual install of Cloudpages on a server and the only thing i had to do was copy the install code via SSH to the VPS and click enter. A few minutes later everything was set and another few minutes later my first wordpress site on a vps was live.

With the integrations it is even easier to setup a server. I did so on Hetzner and this works very conveniant.

I noticed that the install of Cloudpages took about 5% of my 40GB vps disk space only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

Nothing really, or maybe it would be cool if they had some email possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great start. Development on pace and support very reactive"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

Cloudpages is the new kid on the block competing with runcloud to manage wordpress+lscache across servers remotely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

Still missing key features but team is moving fast! Support can manually help with most things that cant be done in the app such as updating urls etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing WordPress VPS solution"
What do you like best about CloudPages?

- An ingenious solution to get the best VPS solution for WordPress without a premium price tag

- Amazing support, no matter what I ran into, they were always super quick to help

- I got the full setup done for me, from VPS installation (I went for Vultr, which wasn't officially integrated yet at the time) to WordPress migration, and a few smaller things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudPages?

- There's theoretically still some technical knowledge required (fully my bad)

- But, then, support was always ready and happy to help with these, so that this was never really an issue

- Maybe a different ticketing system instead of email could help in the future though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
