## CloudPages Reviews
  ### 1. An Intuitive Server Management Platform with a Recently Revamped UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean S. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

The focus on leveraging LiteSpeed and the ability to host WordPress as well as standalone Php applications.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

I wish there was better and more reliable email notifications for when a server is having an issue, also, there should be a feature that lets us upgrade from one Ubuntu LTS release to another. I upgraded manually and everything worked fine, but last time I tried, CloudPages didn't recognize my manual upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04LTS.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudPages is helping me quickly establish and monitor multiple servers and WordPress domains all from within one dashboard, and I can group wrap these servers as entire projects, making larger scale projects with multiple servers in multiple locations easier to wrap your head around.

  ### 2. This is one of my worst experiences in years

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdallah A. | Wordpress Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

At first, the podium looked promising because of the team behind it, but then it turned out to be the opposite

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

Since the first day of the platform, many bugs have not been resolved after more than a year. Support ignores emails. I can't imagine having open tickets for two months and others that have not been determined for months.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems that it makes it easier for you to manage servers, but the truth is that it makes things difficult for you

  ### 3. Great support and great results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mieke d. | Webdesigner & Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Since I moved my websites over to CloudPages, (on a Hetzner server), the speed went up dramatically! The dashboard is very clean and a WordPress website will be set up in a few clicks. The only thing I was struggling with was the email setup. Although CloudPages does not provide email, the support was very helpful and they helped me until everything was entirely resolved. Very glad about this!!

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

The fact that email is not an integrated part. It's so essential and although support was extremely helpful, it would be even better, when email was set up by default and in an easy way.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting my websites and clients' websites on a cloud server. Superfast! Compared to other similar services, it is also very affordable. In the future, I hope to host all my client websites via CloudPages.

  ### 4. A promising service that allows freedom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Fast and easy access to the settings and features I need access to most.

The ability to run servers and manage sites without being a SysAdmin. I am a designer, not a Systems Administrator.

Support has always been prompt and very helpful. The level of service they are providing is above and beyond any other software service I have used in the past. This is the type of service you experience on a paid service plan. I am feeling confident enough to use the service for important sites.

It's easy to configure and change any PHP settings I use. There is full control and easy access to all settings and configuration settings.

Importing and editing my own SSL or generating a new one automatically is really simple. Sounds like a simple task but being able to see everything the way they have laid it all out is comforting.

Access to settings I haven't seen as easily accessible in other control panels.

The UI is clean and enjoyable to use.

Support for LiteSpeed WebServer.

A lot of training and information on YouTube.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

At the moment they don't have Vultr as a server option, although I can see it is listed in the dashboard as coming soon.

I would like information explanation popups for all menus and options.

I had a small user error issue editing the wrong PHP settings due to the default PHP settings page being different to the selected settings for the server I was working with. It would be great if the default settings shown were for the settings used on the server.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full control over my hosting without any reliance on a hosting company and their less than reliable and average support when you really need them.

I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for fast and reliable WordPress hosting services. I can run LiteSpeed Web Servers when and where I choose and save on caching plugins to deliver the performance I want. Having full control and access to great support helps me sleep at night.

  ### 5. Advanced hosting control panel that’s easy to use with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry B. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Easy control panel navigation combined with great support. Sites created using CloudPages are also really fast because it uses Litespeed. We have moved most of our sites to Cloudpages now.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

There are a few UI improvements I would like to see such as being able to add custom labels to firewall rules but these are minor compared to how well everything works.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudPages:**

Cloudpages is extremely easy to use and fast also - no page-load waiting. It's already great as it is but new features are being added all the time, so I'm looking forward to seeing what is coming next. Support is also excellent; I've always received fast and helpful responses, which have solved my queries usually in just one message exchange.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudPages has created a complete server control panel allowing for the easy deployment of virtual private servers as well as dedicated boxes. You can create a Wordpress site in pretty much one-click.

  ### 6. Amazing Product & truly outstanding Service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heinz K. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

The Customer service is truly outstanding, they really helping you through every challenge you might have through setting it up (even for a non-techie like me)

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

There could be more documentation for beginners and non-techies, but the customer support makes up for this.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudPages:**

I tried cloudways, but cloudpages is definately the way to go

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Vultr HF with Litespeed cache = <3

  ### 7. Outstanding customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

While CloudPages team is still small and this is a new company, I can attest for their outsanding customer support. Without question Usman and his team have helped me multiple times with our server and doing above and beyond what we normally would expect from them.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

So far, they are on the right path with everything. Perhaps a log changes showing all the changes to their agent would be beneficial if publicly available.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with AWS services without the need for much coding or server configuration knowledge.

  ### 8. Very easy to use and setup a VPS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

I am used to shared hosting panels like plesk and directadmin. Never used a vps because i did not want the hassle.

I did the manual install of Cloudpages on a server and the only thing i had to do was copy the install code via SSH to the VPS and click enter. A few minutes later everything was set and another few minutes later my first wordpress site on a vps was live.
With the integrations it is even easier to setup a server. I did so on Hetzner and this works very conveniant.

I noticed that the install of Cloudpages took about 5% of my 40GB vps disk space only.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

Nothing really, or maybe it would be cool if they had some email possibilities.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Got rid of shared hosting or other expensive 'managed' wordpress hosting. Get Cloudpages and a server on Hetzner and your websites will fly.

  ### 9. Great start. Development on pace and support very reactive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack R. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Cloudpages is the new kid on the block competing with runcloud to manage wordpress+lscache across servers remotely

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

Still missing key features but team is moving fast! Support can manually help with most things that cant be done in the app such as updating urls etc.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudPages:**

I feel that the basics show that good things are coming in the future! Defo worth joining on the journey and im already seeing outstanding performance on the sites I have moved!

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing severs remotely with cyberpanel wasn't ideal. Cloudpages gives me a single dashboard with a nice clean UI

  ### 10. Amazing WordPress VPS solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

- An ingenious solution to get the best VPS solution for WordPress without a premium price tag
- Amazing support, no matter what I ran into, they were always super quick to help
- I got the full setup done for me, from VPS installation (I went for Vultr, which wasn't officially integrated yet at the time) to WordPress migration, and a few smaller things

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

- There's theoretically still some technical knowledge required (fully my bad)
- But, then, support was always ready and happy to help with these, so that this was never really an issue
- Maybe a different ticketing system instead of email could help in the future though

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a super-fast WordPress VPS solution without paying a big premium

  ### 11. Good support team of cloudpages

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ming Yen L. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Support team of cloudpages, when I faced issues, they are patient to help me solve my issues

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

Cloudpages some features are still improving, need time to get the platform better

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

help me solve fb featured pictures can't show up issue, and help me install cloudpages in VPS

  ### 12. Simplified your WordPress hosting business with performance and security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

It simplifies the way how we manage our cloud server. The best is it works with LiteSpeed enterprise. If I'm not mistaken, Cloudpages is the only server manage panel that supports LiteSpeed enterprise.

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

There are some bugs, and the UI/UX can be better.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had been using panels like RunCloud & GridPane for a while. All three did support Open LiteSpeed, but CloudPages is the only one that supports LiteSpeed Enterprise at the moment.

I did some performance tests among other panels; it surprised me with good results.

And I like the bubblewrap security feature. It helps to keep the website more secure.

  ### 13. The best WordPress hosting panel optimized for Litespeed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adel T. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Price is perfect
Support & very tech knowledge team
Litespeed optimization
Fast panel

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

UI it's not finished, it will be great if they fix some issue with the design but it's not a big deal.

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting WordPress website on Cloud like AWS or DO and manage all from CP

  ### 14. A great upcoming hosting panel which is optimized for Litespeed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alston A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudPages?**

Affordability of the product
Amazing support
Litespeed optimization
Very tech knowedge team

**What do you dislike about CloudPages?**

For some server destinations like AWS still, no one-click WordPress deployment is not available

**What problems is CloudPages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hosting my website on AWS E2 server instances and using CloudPages to manage and control it easily.
