Saving you time and money and allowing your email needs to scale as your site does. ## CloudMailin Reviews ### 1. I immediately added my credit card when I created the account; after that in a day, I got an email to fill up a google form, and later on, I had to pass stripe verification. And in the end, I got an email asking why I was using this email with this name, why the card's name is different, and the bank's location is in another country. And after passing all these steps, I got rejected -- I asked to speak with someone responsible for client relationships -- they declined it. No idea in what world they are leaving... **What problems is CloudMailin solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to use it for importing and sending emails from our custom build CRM. But we even didn't have a chance to test. The most disappointing is wasted time ### 2. Email bouncing support 2. Great interface to find out if the emails were actually delivered / read 3. Very easy to use for debugging purposes / searching 4. Amazing support team, always ready to help **What do you dislike about CloudMailin?** The only thing I would add is an example in documentation on how to use cloudmailin SMTP to get Monit alerts. It took me some time to figure it out. **Recommendations to others considering CloudMailin:** Definitely worth trying **What problems is CloudMailin solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Ability to translate internal email notifications replies into actual API calls 2. Sending emails 3. Bouncing emails of users with non-existing addresses 4. Tracking if the emails were successfully delivered / read ### 3. I especially liked being able to send attachments directly to S3 so that my app could remain lightweight. The ability to be able to track exactly how my website responded and search though all of the inbound emails to see the status of each individual email is great. I've also just started testing the ability to send emails and this seems to be working effectively. **What do you dislike about CloudMailin?** It can be hard to get started because the system needs to POST to a live website. However, the documentation was pretty clear to follow. **Recommendations to others considering CloudMailin:** If you're struggling to start make sure you read the POST format documentation which also has a few examples in a bunch of languages and frameworks. **What problems is CloudMailin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a system to receive email for a Cloud Based App I have been developing. I can now receive email without much work from my side. I've also found it really useful in development to see what my server response has been without having to look through all my own logs. ### 4. Having the ability to track email deliveries is great too. **What do you dislike about CloudMailin?** At first there was no outbound option so I had to use a third party system. But they have subsequently added that so I can do both from a single platform! **Recommendations to others considering CloudMailin:** Just give it a try - you’ll quickly realise how easy it is and how powerful it is. **What problems is CloudMailin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m able to convert website chat logs into opportunities in my custom CRM within seconds. ### 5.
