"Very poor customer service from the first minute"

What do you like best about CloudMailin?

we have waisted time preparing everything and got to some sort of manual verification -- and thats it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMailin?

They have a really strange verification process.

I immediately added my credit card when I created the account; after that in a day, I got an email to fill up a google form, and later on, I had to pass stripe verification.

And in the end, I got an email asking why I was using this email with this name, why the card's name is different, and the bank's location is in another country.

And after passing all these steps, I got rejected -- I asked to speak with someone responsible for client relationships -- they declined it.

What do you like best about CloudMailin?

We've been using CloudMailin for more than 7 years in ProFinda and throughout these years I had only positive experience:

1. Email bouncing support

2. Great interface to find out if the emails were actually delivered / read

3. Very easy to use for debugging purposes / searching

What do you dislike about CloudMailin?

The only thing I would add is an example in documentation on how to use cloudmailin SMTP to get Monit alerts. It took me some time to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Ability to translate internal email notifications replies into actual API calls

"Fast delivery and useful features with clear reporting"

What do you like best about CloudMailin?

CloudMailin has really fast delivery times and a range of features that really helped me get my product built quickly. I especially liked being able to send attachments directly to S3 so that my app could remain lightweight. The ability to be able to track exactly how my website responded and search though all of the inbound emails to see the status of each individual email is great. I've also just started testing the ability to send emails and this seems to be working effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMailin?

It can be hard to get started because the system needs to POST to a live website. However, the documentation was pretty clear to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're struggling to start make sure you read the POST format documentation which also has a few examples in a bunch of languages and frameworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudMailin solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a system to receive email for a Cloud Based App I have been developing. I can now receive email without much work from my side. What do you like best about CloudMailin?

So easy to integrate disparate systems that don’t have APIs. Having the ability to track email deliveries is great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMailin?

At first there was no outbound option so I had to use a third party system. But they have subsequently added that so I can do both from a single platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
