## CloudLabs Reviews
  ### 1. Huge time-saver, very detailed lab guides, 24/7 customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about CloudLabs?**

I've worked with CloudLabs for almost two years now, and couldn't imagine working without them.
These lab environments save both me and the attendees a TREMENDOUS amount by provisioning, downloading, and organizing resources ahead of our events so we can get right to the important learning steps. The lab guides included are clear and comprehensive with labeled images for every step as well as remediation notes at any potential trouble spots. urther, these are kept as 'living' documents - along with new innovations in Microsoft, they add more information or improve the flow of the lab to showcase this. Microsoft updates their interface regularly and they make sure to keep the script up-to-date as soon as they're informed of a change. The chat support is very polite and quick to respond and are always pleasant. If a user has a particularly complicated issue, they'll make sure to follow up directly with an email to them as soon as the resolution is found. I've had the pleasure of communicating with the upper management and they're wonderfully professional, polite, considerate, and quick to enact on any tasks discussed.

**What do you dislike about CloudLabs?**

Not really a complaint, just a dream - since our workshops are done remotely, it would be great if there was a way to view the attendees' screens from a web interface (instead of pausing my screenshare to individually share their screens) just so my moderator could quickly take out the easy-to-answer user errors faster, and keep my suppor tickets to the big issues (even if CL'd never complain). :)
Of course, I'm not expecting them to create a complicated new system like that from scratch, but I have no real complaints about them as is!

**What problems is CloudLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create safe temporary virtualized environments and azurea accounts so attendees can get the step-by-step experience of what the process actually entails in their own environment.

  ### 2. Simple and practical

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian E. | Geschäftsführer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about CloudLabs?**

I appreciate the comfortable interface, the ease of setting up the test environment, and the ease of use. We use Microsoft Labs and just the simple insertion of Powershell commands into the virtual machines is very convenient. As a coach, I save so much time in troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about CloudLabs?**

The administration of the labs as a trainer is unfortunately a bit confusing and the website gives little information on how to become a partner. I would like to see easier access to information here.

**What problems is CloudLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying test environments for Microsoft courses saves me a lot of time in preparation. This gives me more time to deal with the content and to prepare myself better for the topics.

  ### 13. A near-perfect platform when deep customization is needed in Hands-on Labs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudLabs?**

My favorite aspect aboutCloudLabsis the deep customization their team supports. I’m an MCT, and many of my clients that I work with, have requirements that are very specific to their business needs. I remember having a tough time finding lab providers for one of my clients who had very specific tech needs. And that is when a friend of mine referred me to CloudLabs. Their team was so co-operative and agreed to all of the Lab requests and built the Lab content+ Lab guide immediately. In less than 2weeks time, I had the show running for my Clients.

**What do you dislike about CloudLabs?**

Not many things to dislike about them to be honest. But if pushed, I’d like to point out that majority of their readily available labs are Microsoft focussed. They are certainly accepting of new requests and develop the Lab content right-away, but its worth pointing out that there is a certain time lapse if appropriate Lab guide needs to be built. (which can be avoided by pre-creating the most commonly used Labs)

**What problems is CloudLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m an online trainer who needs to have a demo platform to teach all the learners and monitor their learning activity.CloudLabslets me shadow every learner’s activity and track their progress. Besides the platform where they practice, such add-ons are a big plus for me as the person delivering the training.

  ### 14. Nice learning platform with great hands-on lab experience.

cannot resize sandbox window

**Recommendations to others considering CloudLabs:**

Learning becomes fun and easy.

**What problems is CloudLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VM's /other resources can be provisioned using Cloudlabs without a need for an Azure subscription

  ### 15. Excellent Learning Platform

N/A - The platform is really great! All was good for me.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudLabs:**

This is a awesome platform to practice cloud computing.

**What problems is CloudLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to learn and practice complete Azure topics. The platform helped me in a guide way to go through the basics to an advance cloud computing topics.
