"Very helpful solution"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

Sometimes, we need to send large files, so having a link or a secure place to store them is extremely useful. Since these files are sensitive, it's important for me to use a platform I can trust to ensure they remain compliant and protected. I also appreciate that the platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to keep track of where all my files are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Sometimes, downloading can be rather slow, and uploading files also takes a considerable amount of time. Additionally, when I extract the files to my laptop, I occasionally encounter issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Efficient Automation Tools for Advertising Business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I like the automation and integration capabilities of CloudFiles. It seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and HubSpot, which is a transformative advantage, allowing for the automatic flow of customer data and project information, saving time on manual entry and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Its one-click document generation feature is extremely convenient, enabling the creation of beautifully formatted documents with just a few clicks, greatly enhancing work efficiency. I also appreciate its centralized document management, which integrates documents from multiple platforms for centralized management, improving the smoothness of workflows. Additionally, CloudFiles offers secure and flexible sharing options, with detailed permission settings and quick sharing links ensuring information security and promoting efficient collaboration. I am also impressed by CloudFiles' highly customizable template feature, which allows for the creation of bespoke templates tailored to different business scenarios, ensuring documents adhere to brand standards and enhancing the company's professional image. What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Lack of Guidance and Tutorials: During the learning process, the platform lacks systematic and comprehensive guidance and detailed tutorials. Although there are some basic operation instructions, there is no in-depth guidance documentation or video tutorials for some complex functions, such as how to integrate advanced data logic into templates and how to optimize real-time collaboration processes. When encountering problems, team members often need to explore on their own or consult experienced colleagues, which increases the learning cost and time to solve problems.

Unclear Version Distinction: Although CloudFiles has document version management features, the distinction between versions is not intuitive in actual use. The version records only show simple time and operator information, and the description of the modification content is not detailed enough. When needing to trace back to a certain version to view specific modifications, it is difficult to quickly locate key information. For example, after multiple modifications to an advertising proposal document, finding the specific content about the adjustment of advertising channels in a certain version requires spending a lot of time checking each version one by one, reducing work efficiency.

Cumbersome Version Recovery Operations: The operation to restore to a specific version is relatively cumbersome. It requires first entering the version management interface, finding the target version, and then performing the recovery operation. After recovery, some formats or settings may need to be manually adjusted to ensure the document matches the current work state. Compared to some professional document management tools, there is a gap in the convenience of version recovery, adding unnecessary operational steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
