What do you like best about CloudFiles?

It is easy to use and quite inexpensive. I like that I can share files with clients & team members easily. I think this is one of the best tools I have used as compared to other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Not much to dislike, everything seems up to mark. The only I face usually is that the support team respond very late and this needs to be improved ASAP. The second one is this is it is little bit time taken on tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudFiles?

In this hybrid work environment, where every other person is working from home, sharing files safely and securely is a big issue that everyone faced in their journey once. Clouldfiles solve this issue efficiently without burning a deep hole in the pocket. It offers the facility to share big files over the cloud with the concerned person without any hiccups. Not only sharing files, but this is also a good solution for storing files in a centralised location in the cloud so that anyone can access them when required. The option to manage access with files is also very useful while sharing and storing files over shared space. What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

The support team could have been improved. The time taken to address issues and resolve them could have been made more efficient. Other than that, the learning curve is to some extent not smooth. Some files needed selected access while sharing over a public platform and this used case is efficiently handled by this tool.
