**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mor S. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFiles?**

I use CloudFiles mainly to store and share design files with my team, and it has been very reliable so far. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for someone using it for the first time. Uploading and organizing files is straightforward, and I like how quickly I can access my documents from anywhere.

One feature I find especially useful is external file sharing. It allows me to send files to colleagues or clients without worrying about broken links or access issues. The setup process was also very simple, so I was able to start using it without any complications.

**What do you dislike about CloudFiles?**

One thing I noticed is that it can be a bit difficult to find detailed support or guidance when you have specific questions. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials or faster customer support options available for users who need assistance.

**What problems is CloudFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using CloudFiles, I sometimes had issues managing different versions of files and storing them safely. Now, all my files are organized in one place, which makes it much easier to keep track of everything.

It also helps me avoid losing important documents, since I can access them anytime from the cloud. This has made my workflow more efficient and reduced the stress of handling multiple files across different devices.

I mainly use CloudFiles to store and share files securely with my team, which helps keep everything organized and makes collaboration smoother. I love how simple and reliable it feels in day-to-day use. Uploading, accessing, and sharing files is quick, and I don’t have to worry about whether everything is up to date or secure. Its performance is consistent, and it handles large files without slowing things down, which makes a big difference in daily work. Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when managing a lot of files at once. It would also be great to have more advanced search and filtering options to find things faster. The interface could be simpler and less crowded so it's easier to find things quickly. Grouping similar options together and allowing some basics customization would help. Better search and filters like by date and file type, and fewer clicks for common tasks would make it faster and more user-friendly.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Spanish Medical Interpreter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudFiles?**

I really like the secure sharing feature of CloudFiles. It's so valuable to be able to track who viewed the files, when, how many times, and even who downloaded them. It makes organizing and managing my shared documents a lot easier and more efficient. The fact that it requires everyone to verify and log in with their email address adds an extra layer of security that I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to disable downloads and restrict access to certain emails makes it a very organized shared system.

**What do you dislike about CloudFiles?**

I find the limited free storage space a bit of a downside. The service can feel very complex when you try to use it for the first time; it's not very user-friendly initially. Also, the upload speed is quite slow. It should allow files to upload in the background and automatically resume if it fails. Sometimes, you even have to wait until the end for the service to inform you that the file size was incorrect. It would be better if they could analyze the file size from the beginning.
