What do you like best about CloudFiler?

The product, the vendor and their pricing are all a breath of fresh air. CloudFiler is a far superior product to our old system, their staff are: easy to contact, know what they are talking about, and quick to respond. What do you like best about CloudFiler?

The user interface is intuitive. It works well with Outlook Classic that we are already familiar with. It is very quick at suggesting folders once it has had a chance to familiarise itself with the filing system. The pricing was better than the competitor we were using previously. The support from Alec at the beginning and still now is very good, very quick. All in all, we are very pleased with CloudFiler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiler?

There aren't any downsides I can see. Occasionally there have been glitches, but these have been reported, looked into and resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
