Our experience with CloudAlly has been nothing short of frustrating. For nearly two months, we faced critical issues, and their so-called support team offered nothing but excuses and hollow promises of escalation. Not once did they proactively update us or provide a clear timeline for resolution.
The lack of communication and accountability is staggering. This level of service raises serious concerns about the reliability of their platform and, frankly, makes it feel like a scam. We’ve wasted time, money, and resources trying to get answers or solutions that never came.
If you value professionalism, transparency, and a functional service, look elsewhere. CloudAlly fails on all fronts. We will be canceling our subscription and strongly advise others to steer clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
