Closing Desk Reviews & Product Details

Closing Desk is the deadline layer for small and mid-size title, escrow and settlement companies. It doesn't replace your production software. It sits on top and watches the dates that cause problems on every open file: Closing Disclosure receipt, the right of rescission and earliest funding, rate lock expirations, financing, appraisal and inspection contingencies, payoff good-through dates, and post-closing recording and final policy follow-ups. All dates are counted in Regulation Z business days. Getting started takes one export of your open-orders report from SoftPro, Qualia, ResWare, RamQuest or a spreadsheet. Each agency also gets a private email address: if your title software can schedule reports, have the report emailed there each morning and Closing Desk stays in sync on its own, adding new files and updating changed dates. Every weekday morning, your team gets one email listing what's overdue and due this week, and the shared dashboard puts the files that need someone today at the top. Agents and lenders get read-only status links and automatic milestone emails, so fewer "where are we?" calls. Closing Desk also helps with ALTA Best Practices records: a wire-fraud callback log that never stores account numbers, recording and policy timeliness tracking, premium remittance tracking, two-factor sign-in, and a printable Best Practices report. Pro and Business plans add AI features: fill in a new file from the purchase contract PDF, turn a title commitment's Schedule B requirements into a checklist, forward lender emails to get suggested date changes, and ask questions about your files. Unlimited users and files on every plan. 14-day free trial, no card.
