"Best LinkedIn Automation and CRM Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

I mostly like the easy process of LinkedIn automation without the limit of 100 connection requests per week. Its message sequencing and message templates are really fantastic, Campaign setup and campaign goal setup are excellent too. I also love the clean and nice user interface of Closely and the low learning curve to use it. In a nutshell, Closely is a great automation tool for LinkedIn Automation. What do you dislike about Closely?

Actually, there is nothing to mention as a downside of Closely. But, I think that the subscription limit seems a little bit lower to me. So, I recommend there should be more credit limit. I also recommend developing integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Linkedin outreach done right."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

A complete saas solution for your outreach. Since it's not a plugin that runs in your browser, so you don't have to monitor that way. It is more like you do it once, keep in eye on it every few days, and you are all good to go.

The best part is it actually works. Like in month you will be surprised to know how many you made without 1/10 of an effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

The only thing that I am not such a fan of is, you can't run multiple profiles at the same time. Or at least I don't as of now. We multiple profiles you could run it once and forget it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most effective Linkedin Outreach tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

The thing which I liked most about it is its simplicity in deployment. Setting it up was extremely easy. Finding a targeted audience is also a straightforward task. In addition, the tool works in the cloud, so there is no need to keep your machine on. The solution provided by Closely is near-perfect. As a result of the warm-up mode and automation features, I could add more than 500 connections in 5 weeks without lifting a finger. The result is that I will be able to spend more time on the things that matter, such as sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

There are many updated and upcoming features on the roadmap. I hope they can implement these features as soon as possible, but I can wait for more. At the current level of development, I do not find any cons.

Currently, we can only run 2 active campaigns simultaneously; it should be 4.

It would be helpful if they added more integrations to allow us to push lead data into our CRMs. Alternatively, we can export them as CSV files and use them whenever APIs and webhooks become available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Set and Forget - Automation at its Finest"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

I like the fact that Closely is cloud-based, which means I don't need to login my LinkedIn locally for automation to run. This is a huge time saver and allow you to set and forget and come back in a month and see the connections it has automagically nurtured for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

There is not really anything I dislike about Closely so far after using it for few months. Their tutorials and onboarding is to the point and very easy to follow and understand, and I feel safe using this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for Linkedin"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

The best thing about Closely is that it allows me to automate my LinkedIn outreach, which saves me a lot of time. I don’t have to choose contacts or send messages anymore. Plus, all this is run on the cloud, which is the most significant advantage, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

Some features I wish Closely had are the ability to auto-cancel connection requests that are more than one month old, the ability to automate profile visits, and the ability to create custom automation sequences on LinkedIn, that could automate a decision tree-type of automation. But I'm optimistic that some of these will be implemented, considering that they are constantly adding new features and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"For me, using Closely to automate LinkedIn has been a great experience so far!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

Those who are constantly busy and can't spare the time to log in to a LinkedIn automation tool day after day will love Closely because it's cloud-based. I used to have this problem. It would take me hours to go on LinkedIn and find the right people to connect with. But with Closely, I can set up my campaigns, give it some instructions as to who to follow and what to say, and then Closely will be able to manage everything for me! It even has other cool features, such as sending messages to my connections automatically and allowing me to manage all my LinkedIn connections from within the Closely app. So for those of you who want to reach out to more people online and don't have the time to do so, Closely is the quickest way to do that in a way that's completely automated. What do you dislike about Closely?

CSV import didn't work for some LinkedIn profiles. I contacted the Closely team about this, and they said that they were working on it. It will be fixed soon, I'm sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"easy to use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

The user interface is very clean and easy to understand. The tutorials are excellent and clear. It is safe to use because you do not use a plugin in your chrome extension that can be detected. You also do not have to login all the time to your linkedin. It has great guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

It took several months to get a response from support when I tried to follow their instructions about csv upload. There was a bug and they never responded to the problem. After a few months had passed I checked back and then they told me they had fixed it. It did take some time so it stopped me from being able to use the product in the beginning. "Game changer - Efficient outreach automation on LinkedIn"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

The effieincy and ease to automate outreach campaigns on LinkedIn is a key advantage. With few steps, anyone is able to set an effective automation campaign and target different demographics efficiently. Don't need to be tech-savvy, Closely allow us to set all in motion, and get better results than mailing campaigns alone since it relies on actual data. Aditionally, the proxy assignation is excellent since it helps to avoid Linkedin limitations and account banning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

The app needs more features, but they are continuously adding features and developing the platform, so it's just a matter of time. However, I would like to see more granular options to personalize campaigns. Aisde from that, its a reliable solution for anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Closely Really Let Me Down"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

It purports to have super robust features, including one in which you can send a request to everyone who likes or comments on a post you share on Linkedin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

The campaigns do not actually work. I tried for over two weeks now to run a campaign based on likes or comments on a post that went viral.

The post in question had over 40 likes and comments. This is what Closely noted when I tried running my connection campaign: https://prnt.sc/zwuZLT5mI11B

And don't get me started about customer service. They are stringing me along by saying things like "we passed this on to our dev developers" over and over again. No ETA on when the issue would be resolved. No troubleshooting. And absolutely no clear answers as to when the features THAT I AM PAYING FOR will actually begin to work.

I am so disappointed about this. I wanted to love this app so much. I even paid for their recent $99 deal to get campaigns 2.0. But with the overpromising and under-delivering, I don't trust Closely with my LinkedIn goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Closely is a Robotic BOSS for Linkedin Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Closely?

I am very impressed with Closely! It is extremely easy to set up different campaigns and the automation of the reach to right prospects on LinkedIn saves a lot of time. I like Closely because it helps us automate our lead management process and close more leads. We used to have a lot of manual work done by an assistant, and now it is all automated. The way it shows me who is most active in a campaign is also very helpful so that I know who I should be talking to next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closely?

Nothing much. So far all good, Maybe they can work on UI little bit more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
