Clokio is a free, all-in-one workforce management platform that combines GPS-verified attendance tracking, project time tracking, task management, screen recordings, expense reimbursement, and team collaboration in a single product. The platform brings together capabilities usually sold as separate products: Attendance tracking includes GPS geofencing with configurable radius (50m-1000m), biometric authentication via Face ID and fingerprint stored locally on the device, multi-location support with per-location time zones and policies, anti-spoofing detection, and real-time clock-in verification. Time tracking and project management includes a live timer with project and tag support, manual time entry with backdating, a Kanban board, spreadsheet view, subtasks, dependencies, recurring tasks, watchers, comments with at-mentions, file attachments, activity logs, and project budgets with daily alerts. Leave management supports configurable leave types (vacation, sick, parental, custom), quota tracking with auto-accrual, multi-step approval chains, email and push notifications, and per-location policies. Clips provides built-in screen recording up to 5 minutes with microphone audio, automatic MP4 conversion, and direct task attachment for support tickets and async communication. Reports and analytics include a real-time dashboard with anomaly detection (missing checkouts, excessive hours, location mismatches), multi-filter reports by team, client, project, tag, or status, and Excel, CSV, and PDF exports compatible with QuickBooks, ADP, and Paychex. Integrations include a REST API (v1) with X-API-Key authentication and 9 endpoints for attendance and employees, webhook notifications to Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, or custom HTTPS endpoints, and native iOS and Android apps with offline support.
