Clockopus Reviews & Product Details

Some teams track time to bill it. Others track it because the law requires it - or because flexitime balances, holidays and absence requests have to live somewhere. Clockopus does both, and forces neither on you. Capture takes seconds: type, tab, done. Or a running timer, a drag-and-drop calendar, a badge/NFC kiosk for people who do not work at screens. What you build on top is your choice. Billing? Pick a period, get a client-ready PDF report - every hour at the rate agreed with that client for that person - then the period locks and nothing is ever billed twice. HR? Target vs. actual hours, flexitime balances, holiday entitlements, absence approvals, public-holiday calendars, expenses with AI receipt capture. Every change is logged, with before and after. Start with bare hours, grow into an HRIS when ready - switch each module on when you need it, never pay for one you do not. Your data sits in its own isolated database; export or delete it anytime.
