ClockOn Reviews & Product Details

ClockOn is an Australian all-in-one workforce management platform that replaces separate tools for payroll, rostering, attendance and HR. It is built specifically for local compliance, including award interpretation, STP Phase 2, payday super, and modern Australian workplace rules. It’s good because it removes the manual admin, risk and double-handling that most businesses deal with when they use spreadsheets or disconnected systems. Staff can clock in on the mobile app, managers can roster with real-time labour costing and qualification matching, payroll runs with automated award interpretation, and HR records stay centralised with onboarding, documents and leave all in one place. Ideal for businesses with 20 to 500+, staff it reduces payroll errors, eliminates compliance headaches, prevents time theft, and gives owners more control over labour costs. You end up with one source of truth for your team, one login and one vendor responsible for compliance instead of juggling multiple tools.
