ClinicEcho Reviews & Product Details

ClinicEcho is an AI receptionist for US med spas and dental practices. It answers the calls and website chats the front desk misses, including lunch, busy check-out hours, evenings and weekends. Each receptionist is set up for one clinic with its treatments, approved prices, hours, insurance list and booking rules. It answers callers' questions in a natural conversation, books the appointment into the clinic's calendar during the call, and emails the team a summary and full transcript within about a minute. It tells callers it is an AI, follows the clinic's emergency rules and passes anything clinical to the clinic's team. ClinicEcho signs a Business Associate Agreement before handling patient data, and setup takes about 10 business days.
