Lenders, brokers and investors can take their spreadsheet model and automate loan sizing, loan servicing analytics and IRR modeling using Clik.ai. Store Rent Comp and Deal Analytics within their dashboard. The software does a tremendous job of quickly integrating the financials (T12, RR) into a simple, easy to read model and actually goes a step further by mapping it directly into our internal, robust model. Completing proformas and presenting returns to partners is now done althemore confidentially with the leverage of Clik's technology. **What do you dislike about Clik.ai?** There is nothing to dislike about the product honestly. It is doing what is made to do! **What problems is Clik.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has helped automate and speed up the underwriting process for my files. The time spent on each file has been more than cut in half. Would recommend to anyone looking to scale. ### 2. Clik makes organizing and reconfiguring the rent roll much more accessible to implement and use with our underwrite. **What do you dislike about Clik.ai?** Sometimes there are features I feel Clik would benefit from integrating into their software. Whenever I run into this issue I can easily reach out to the team and they often have a solution up and running within a week or so. **What problems is Clik.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time & human error. Running financials and placing into our model is seamless -- being able to analyze from this point to complete the UW helps alleviate many team members time. ### 3.
