What do you like best about ClientZen?

It can sync automatically with our Zendesk and surface patterns automatically. We can check easily how often a problem appears and the most requested features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClientZen?

Sometimes we need to go back to Zendesk for further research.

It's not fully optimised for romanian, but in english works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClientZen?

They go above and beyond to understand what we need and make adjustments very fast.

The app is very useful we use it weekly then we consolidate the data at the start of every new iteration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
