The only consistent thing has been the explanations and updates about why campaigns are not yet producing results. **What do you dislike about Click Suggest?** The biggest issue is the complete lack of results. We have been working with them for over six months and have not received a single appointment or qualified lead from their campaigns. For a company that sells lead generation services, that is extremely concerning. Another problem is the constant excuses and shifting explanations whenever we ask about performance. We keep hearing about system changes, testing phases, or updates to their infrastructure, but none of these have translated into actual results. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the time that has passed without any measurable return. **Recommendations to others considering Click Suggest:** My recommendation would be to proceed with caution. Lead generation services should be able to demonstrate results within a reasonable time frame, and in our case, after more than six months there have been no appointments generated. Before committing, I would strongly suggest asking for clear performance expectations, timelines, and accountability if results are not delivered. Based on our experience, the lack of measurable outcomes and the ongoing delays have been very disappointing. **What problems is Click Suggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by ClickSuggest. We have been working with them for over six months, and during that entire time not a single appointment has been generated from their campaigns. Not one. For a service that is supposed to specialize in lead generation, that is simply unacceptable. Communication has also been very frustrating. Every time we follow up, we receive excuses about new systems, updates, or testing phases, but no actual results. Meanwhile, months keep passing without any measurable progress. If you are considering working with this company for lead generation, I strongly recommend you think twice. After half a year of waiting and investing time and money, we have zero ROI and nothing to show for it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. ### 2. The team has the best customer service and responsiveness. It was a very smooth process end to end. **What do you dislike about Click Suggest?** There was a slight delay in go live of the project and took about 15 days to start off the campaigns. **What problems is Click Suggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was working with other agencies where I was not getting any closures from lead generation at all. I started working with click suggest and it has been the best ROI for me in terms of investment. They helped my company Rocket Soft generate qualified appointments while we saw an average 2 clients being converted per month which was like a magic from the team. Kudos to them. ### 3. They will work like your In house team always there for you and always delivering value. Can't recommend them enough. In my opinion, they are the best in the industry especially if your target market is in NA **What problems is Click Suggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** We faced major problems when generating leads in the UK market as we introduced new services for our target market. Our SDRs were fully occupied and we had no direction to crack the new market. We tried a few agencies before but the quality of leads was not good.
