I love how its fluid format allows the incorporation of videos, imagery, interactive graphs, and infographics effectively. It integrates seamlessly with SEO tools and AI LLMs, enhancing the interactive content's reach and engagement. The onboarding experience was fantastic, making the transition smooth and effortless. Additionally, I appreciate the lower price point, which provides great value. The initial setup was very easy, and although migrating content took some time, once templates are created how you need them the process becomes exponentially simpler over time. **What do you dislike about Cleverstory?** Some of the design functionality can be a bit frustrating. The capability is closer to Canva than Photoshop from a control point of view. **What problems is Cleverstory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleverstory eliminates unengaging PDFs by making content more interesting and dynamic, using video, imagery, and interactive elements, which enhance storytelling and integrate well with SEO tools and AI LLMs. ### 2. Previously, we were sending our donors a booklet through the mail, not really knowing if they viewed the actually document or what resonated with them. I like that I can now track views, what they spend the most time on, and how long they spend viewing the story. **What do you dislike about Cleverstory?** It was a bit hard to learn at first and was a bit overwhelming. Our support person Jayashree, helped us a lot and eventually we got the hang of it. **What problems is Cleverstory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently are using cleverstory to save on printing/mailing costs. ### 3. For context, my company decided to ungate previously gated marketing content. We needed a solution that would give us a better, more flexible way of delivering content to our audiences, and that would give us insights on user behavior on our pages, and as they interacted with our content. Cleverstory certainly delivered these things. The reporting and insights on user behavior are nuanced and have only gotten better in the year since I started using the tool. You can also create any number of visually appealing, interactive landing pages and online experiences. I have the impression we have only touched the tip of the iceberg in terms of what we can do, but it has been extremely useful for us to deliver really tailored content around a theme for any number of given audiences, but to do so in a way that is engaging and attractive. Cleverstory has also been evolving as a tool. It's really a pleasure to work with something that is growing and adding new and useful features. Recent favorites have been the global reporting tool, and the brand hub to store shared assets across pages/storyboards so anyone in the team can access them on any page. Customer service is also helpful and reactive when questions or issues come up and we have regular touch points to make sure everything is running smoothly. **What do you dislike about Cleverstory?** There is a little learning curve with the software: the flip side of it being very flexible is that it takes some mastery to make things look beautiful. I should note we ran into this learning curve because we are a small team, without a lot of in-house design expertise. A bigger team would likely have a different user experience. There are a handful of things in the user experience that could improve, but I expect that will come down the line. For example, it can take some time to integrate each Hubspot form as the integration interface is a bit basic. The switch from desktop to mobile format is not always smooth, and requires some time and attention. **What problems is Cleverstory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleverstory lets us deliver tailored content experiences in a way that is engaging. As we work with different audiences, this is really a powerful thing for us to be able to do. ### 4. We actually used it for online training - online training can be so boring but with Cleverstory we could bring it to life and make it easily accessible for clients. Cleverstory themselves are also incredibly helpful, they will bend over backwards to support you. Highly recommend them, Karthik in particular is a rockstar, he goes above and beyond. **What do you dislike about Cleverstory?** Takes a little while to get your head around in the early days, especially making sure mobile works but once you get over that it's great. **What problems is Cleverstory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to create some good online content and were looking for a flexible way to do that, this seemed to tick all the boxes. ### 5.
