Glad to hear the engineering team has earned that reputation with you — knowing a failed job will get diagnosed quickly is a real reduction in what your own team has to carry, and we don't take that for granted. The timezone gap on managed services updates is fair, and I've passed it along; coverage alignment is something we can often adjust, and it's worth a direct conversation rather than living with the delay. We're also investing in AI-driven ticket analysis that surfaces dataflow-specific context up front, which cuts down on the back-and-forth that makes a timezone difference hurt most. Ask your CSM to review your managed services coverage and escalation path with you.

I struggle with its design. What I think of as a simple task, like taking file A and sending it to location X, becomes two tasks: moving the file to one place and then executing the SFTP to move it to its final location. Our version is also not a GUI one; it's all command lines. I would like it to be engineered in a way that I could let more users have access to control their needs and not have to build for everyone. I'm not a fan of building workspaces. Even though team members do not generally sync projects with errors to the svn, when building workspaces by checking out projects from the svn, there are frequently errors in the resulting workspace, which require time and effort to resolve.
