It's easy to communicate with trading partners, and the data exchange process is straightforward, reducing the need for manual work. Thank you for taking the time to write this up, and for the 10 — it means a lot to the team here. The ERP detail is what stands out to me: when CIC sits behind an existing ERP and invoices and ASNs simply move, EDI stops being a daily task and becomes background infrastructure, which is exactly the point. That's the bar we keep building toward with AI-assisted mapping and error resolution, so adding the next partner or document type should be noticeably quicker than the last. If you're looking to onboard more trading partners onto CIC, or extend the documents you exchange with the ones you already have, your CSM would be glad to walk you through it.

"Our only limitation is our own ERP" is high praise, and we appreciate you saying it — reliability and uptime are the kind of thing nobody notices until they're missing, so it's good to know CIC is holding up under the variety of mapping and translation requirements your customers throw at it. On the onboarding friction: the fact that integrations always get fixed eventually isn't the same as them being easy, and that distinction matters to us. Our professional services team does hands-on work specifically to shorten that ramp when a partner setup turns complicated, and it's worth pulling them in earlier rather than working through it alone, your account team can scope what makes sense.

The error log feedback is fair. Clearer, more actionable error messaging is something we hear and it’s on our radar.
