We have had them assist us with setting up EDI connection with several companies making it very easy to integrate into our logistics environment. There service allows us to use a variety of edi files as needed, the possibility to manage/create our own connections in house, and save us a lot of money from other solutions. When we need to contact customer support we normally get a response back within the first couple hours of an issue. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** The only downside I can think of is when setting up your own EDI connections it can be quite a lot to take in and setup the first few times. You can literally do anything with a file as long as you are able to understand the transformation process. All the members that we communicated with had one thing in common, listening. They knew exactly what we were looking for in a short amount of time. We were able to achieve the following, The ability to create complex setups and data flows. The ability to connect to various software irrespective of the data type. Our automation has a way higher success rate than other systems given the complex setups. The implementation process was smooth and the porject manager ensured that the project was always within timelines. We were able to launch projects with complex setups in less than 2-3 weeks. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** The software is complex and has a crazy amount of features. The training doesnt show you everything but all the basics needed to set things up. **What problems is Cleo Integration Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration aspect was definitely the biggest benefit in our case. There are very few software out there that can do any to any data type with EDI and integrate with ERP(s) and create complex flows for file transfer. This results in more automation and less errors. We are able to automate literally anything when it comes to EDI and dont need to blow a hole in our budget with an expensive ERP. ### 28. We are looking to grow are EDI business and went to Cleo to accomplish this task. There was a learning curve to their software, but it has the ability to do so many different integrations. They also watch for technology and security changes and update their platform to accomadate these changes. It would be nice to have more documentation on implementation using real life scenarios. It's hard to find any documentation for building out business processes. I can track EDI transmission, resubmit and monitor invoice transmissions for strategic accounts. I like the feature that shows which accounts have rejected invoices. **What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?** I dislike the options to search data points are unclear. Cleo uses "User Reference" whichs makes it difficult to track certain data points. The ability to view invoices that did not go through on larger EDI transmissions is also limited. Cleo will confirm an accepted transmission but will not respond with rejected or failed invoices for larger accounts. We are also unable to view smaller line item rejections on the larger EDI submissions. Support from Cleo is also not very responsive. Whenever we come up with a "I wish CLEO could do..." scenario, it seems that they are working on it and it is due soon.
