**Describe the project or task Clemta.com helped with:**

I've been selling antique rings and jewelery on ebay since 2010 and I've managed to score a 9.6 customer satisfaction on ebay. With my business growing up, I've decided to open a US incorporation back in 2012 and I have used a local accountant to do that for me. 

5 months ago, Delaware state has sent me a letter that says I have a tax penalty due to *unfinished post incorporation process* & income taxes.

I was shocked but my accountant was not aware of a post incorporation process and 83/B form. I quickly searched about it and found couple opf websites. I wrote them all but Clemta was the only one which wrote back at me without an automated bot message. 

I reached them out via their support mail and they helped me to get my 83b form submitted and finish my post incorporation process.

Now with almost $400 I saved almost 10k in such a short time. Very well educated support staff.

I only pay for my actual need. That was pretty good. Pricing was simple, effective and no extra fees. 

Support system is so much easier when an actual human being talks with you.
