There is not a day that goes by where I don't use it. I especially love the auto scroll feature, which allows me to easily capture entire websites. The integrated OCR is also very good, especially if you ever want to copy a link from an image or a text from an image. Their own image editor is perfect for annotations. I was a skitch user for many years but eventually switched to Cleanshot, would never look back. **What do you dislike about Cleanshot X?** Sometimes when doing the screen recording and connecting my iPhone as the microphone input, the connection stops and it ends the screen recording. Not sure if that is a Cleanshot issue or an issue with Apple's functionality of connecting the iPhone as a microphone to the Mac. **What problems is Cleanshot X solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to communicate in one image what would otherwise take an entire paragraph to explain. Great when you are working with web developers or want to give feedback on design or instructions to someone on how to do something. ### 2. They've put a lot of though into the user experience. I particularly like how the screenshot floats on the bottom left of your screen and from there you can choose to copy it to your clipboard, save to a file, annotate or upload to cloud. **What do you dislike about Cleanshot X?** Theres nothing I can think about that I don't really like about it. **What problems is Cleanshot X solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to take screenshots and annotate them all the time.
