I like Claude’s tool integrations and connectors, and I also appreciate being able to create organized projects focused on one area of our organization. It can read our connected tools and help staff use them correctly. It remembers what we forget and flags when work becomes disjointed or starts drifting from the designated path.
It gives staff another pseudo-authority voice that can point out policy violations, process drift, and tone changes, so they don’t constantly have to go to leadership—and leadership can relax just a tad. Claude also performs tasks, helps keep work consistent across staff, and acts as an assistant for people wearing multiple hats.
Pricing is very affordable with the nonprofit discount. It effectively replaces an assistant, which would cost a lot more. The ease of building web-based apps has also replaced paying for other software, and the dashboards and data explanations are extremely helpful to our team members. Claude sometimes struggles to remember or consistently follow complex project instructions. I also wish it offered a Plaid connector or more financial connections. Across different projects, it can give advice that conflicts, and it sometimes makes too many assumptions even when I explicitly ask it not to. In some cases, I wish projects could communicate with each other, because they can become overly siloed. There also isn’t much onboarding support, although it really depends on how your organization plans to use it, so that’s understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
