"A Collaborator, Not an Oracle: An Honest Review of Claude"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I value most is having the chance to think a problem through with someone, rather than just getting a quick answer. I enjoy untangling a messy question, weighing trade-offs honestly, and being willing to say, “I’m not sure,” when that’s the truth. I also appreciate that the work can span so many areas - drafting a contract clause one minute, then debugging code or shaping a LinkedIn post the next. Being useful across that range, while staying candid instead of simply agreeable, is what I’d point to as the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

No continuity by default. Each conversation starts fresh unless there’s memory enabled, so I can’t reliably carry the thread of a long project the way a colleague would.

• Confident-sounding mistakes. I can say something incorrect in a fluent, assured tone, which can make errors harder to notice. For anything high-stakes, like legal or financial details, it’s still wise to fact-check.

• Limited view of your world. I only know what’s in the conversation and what tools I can access, so I sometimes fall back on generic advice where someone with full context would be more precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Fast, and a Game-Changer for Personalized Customer Views"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

It’s easy to navigate and feels very intuitive overall. The Hubspot and Gmail integrations have saved us a ton of research time. Prompt responses are pretty fast, even when I’m juggling multiple chats at once. Pricing also seems fair for what it can do right now. Whenever something comes up, customer support has been quick to resolve it. The web artifacts builder automation has been a real game-changer for creating personalized views for our customers. What do you dislike about Claude?

I have to remind it every day who I am, even though I’m logged into my own account, because our team has multiple users. It also doesn’t pick up my phrasing and voice as quickly as some other AI systems I’ve used. Occasionally, it will send something without my explicit permission. "Fast, Affordable, and Seamlessly Integrated Agency Powerhouse"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I like how easy Claude is to use and how on-demand, quick, effective, and efficient it is. It helps us run a more efficient agency. Its ad account reports and in-depth analysis take about 10 minutes instead of the 2 to 3 hours a person would need, and it creates reports better than anyone I know. I use it for pretty much everything, including design and accounting, and it provides marketing, banking, and accounting support that would otherwise require two or three employees. It has API links to Xero and Canva, and it integrates with pretty much every other company we use to run the agency. I also use it with Google Drive, and I find it more integrated with everything and easier to use than ChatGPT. At $25 per person a month, I think it’s a really good price. It’s one of the better tools I use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I had a little friction during setup because we were moving from a different product. (Open AI) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thoughtful, Natural Responses That Streamline Writing and Brainstorming"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like best about Claude is its ability to provide thoughtful, well-organized and natural-sounding responses. It does an excellent job understanding context, handling complex requests and turning ideas into polished, actionable content. I especially appreciate how it helps streamline writing, brainstorming, research and problem-solving while maintaining a conversational tone. It feels less like using a traditional AI tool and more like collaborating with a knowledgeable assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One of the biggest drawbacks of Claude is that it can sometimes be overly cautious or restrictive in its responses, even when the request is straightforward. It also occasionally provides lengthy explanations when a more direct answer would be helpful. While it's excellent at writing and analyzing information, it doesn't always deliver the most practical or actionable response on the first try, which can require additional prompting and refinement. "Claude Speeds Up Debugging and SaaS Integrations with Clear, Usable Code"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I am using Claude daily in my work and it is really helping me a lot. I am working as a developer and most of my work is on integration between different SaaS tools like monday.com, HubSpot, and other applications. Whenever I get stuck in some code issue, I just share the error or code with Claude and it helps me to investigate the problem and find the root cause very quickly. Earlier I used to spend hours debugging but now it takes very little time. Also, when I am building a new integration or custom app, Claude helps me to understand the API and gives me the working code which I can directly use and test. It explains things in a simple way so I can understand what is happening in the code also. For resolving bugs, writing code, and understanding new tools, it is very useful for me and it saves me a lot of time in daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

There is not much to dislike but some small things I face. Sometimes when I am working on big code or long conversations, I hit the usage limit and then I have to wait for some time to continue my work, which is a little bit disturbing when I am in the middle of fixing some issue. Also, in long chats, sometimes it forgets the previous context and I need to explain the same thing again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Engineering Partner for Complex Automation and Production-Ready Coding"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is that it goes beyond simply answering questions and can actually help carry out complex tasks. Its computer and browser control capabilities, automation features, and ability to perform end-to-end testing make it especially powerful. I also value its deep understanding of large codebases and production-level engineering, including debugging and system architecture.

It can take in complex requirements, navigate an existing project, spot issues, and implement solutions while keeping context across multiple files. Overall, it feels less like a typical chatbot and more like an engineering partner that can help move an idea from concept all the way to production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The main things I dislike are the usage limits, which can interrupt complex, long-running tasks, and the occasional inconsistencies when working across large codebases. I also find that it sometimes makes unnecessary changes rather than preserving existing implementations. Computer use and browser automation can be slower or less reliable than I’d expect for more complex workflows. I’d love to see more consistent execution overall, stronger reliability for long-running tasks, and better continuity across sessions—especially for production-level software development and automated testing. "Claude Makes My Daily Development Work Easier and Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is its ability to understand complex development requirements and provide practical solutions. As a full-stack developer, I regularly use Claude Code for PHP, WordPress, React, JavaScript, and database-related tasks. It helps me debug issues, understand existing code, and implement new features much faster. I especially appreciate how it can analyze an existing project and suggest changes without unnecessarily rewriting everything. It has become a valuable part of my daily development workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes Claude makes unnecessary changes to existing code or misses small details in the requirements. It also struggles with larger projects occasionally, so I have to repeat instructions or double-check the output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Helps Me Troubleshoot, Script, and Build Internal Tools Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

As an IT specialist handling networking, servers, and internal tools across multiple sites, I use Claude daily for troubleshooting, scripting, and building small web apps. It’s good at understanding long context. I can paste configs, logs, or a whole project and it follows along without losing track. Claude Code has been especially useful for automating repetitive work and building internal tools faster than I could alone. The explanations are clear, so I learn while I’m getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Usage limits are the biggest downside. During heavy coding sessions, especially with Claude Code, I can hit the limit quickly and have to wait before continuing. It’s also sometimes confidently wrong with specific details, like config syntax or newer software versions, so I still double-check before applying anything to production. On bigger tasks it can occasionally change more than I asked for. Pricing can feel high if you need the higher plans for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, CRM-Integrated AI That Streamlines Repetitive Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Claude answers very quickly, it integrates with my CRM which is very helpful. I have used Cowork quite a bit and been able to knock out some repetitive tasks quickly with it. I always have it double check information it is giving me and it seems do do a great job at displaying that info clearly. For the price it is definitely worth it! It was very easy to create an account and it is so far my favorite AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Some of the features are hard to learn about or fully understand. I can't write code but in order to create some of the systems I need it would be helpful to know my way around Claude code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced AI That Streamlines My Workflow With Co-Work, Gmail Integration, and Solid Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I think the best thing about Claude is that it feels way more advanced than other AI. I like using the co-work feature, especially for tedious tasks like archiving articles, and it's able to do it on its own. It's also been helping me edit my videos by letting me give it an overall sense of what the video is about. It then helps guide me to figure out what to put in the video. Also, when it comes to graphic designs, I can drag and drop some images and a rough idea, which helps get me started on graphic ideas. I integrated it with my Gmail, and Claude One helped me create the email. Once we get to where I want it to be, it's able to send it right then and there, so that's been really easy. As far as support and onboarding, I think it's been pretty solid. Anytime I had a question, the Claude support team has been pretty good at responding as quickly as possible. As far as performance, I think it's pretty good. There are some times when it doesn't really listen to me when I'm trying to say something. One thing I do like is that it doesn't always just comply with what I'm saying. It always gives me some pushback on certain things and flags certain things, so it's not always trying to disagree with me. It's actually trying to help me. As far as pricing, based on how much time I use it, I think it is $20 a month. I think it has definitely helped me with my workflow. I have a business that makes around $5,000 or $6,000, and Claude has definitely helped with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Something I may dislike about Claude is that, compared to ChatGPT, I feel like ChatGPT can create text that is a little easier on the eye. I feel like sometimes Claude is a little too rigid in that regard, so that's something he could work on. Another thing: I feel like they have so many really cool features, but I don't know how to use them, so sometimes it is kind of overwhelming. I wish there was something easy for someone to pick this up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
