## Claude Reviews
 ### 1. Time-Saving, Versatile, but Memory Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pankaj r. | Interior Design Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I mostly use Claude for day-to-day stuff, like when I'm stuck making a decision, and it breaks things down for me. It's great for comparing products before buying, kind of like getting a second opinion from someone who knows what they're talking about. I love how it gives me straight answers for small things like measurement conversions and quick definitions, without me having to browse through multiple links. It saves me a lot of time honestly. Instead of spending 20 minutes researching, I just ask Claude and get a clear answer in seconds. It helps me avoid overthinking and lays out pros and cons without bias. What stands out to me the most is how it understands my questions even if I don't phrase them perfectly, and I don't have to be technical. It never makes me feel dumb for asking basic stuff, and answers are always to the point without unnecessary fluff. The fact that it switches between being a research tool, calculator, and teacher with infographics is really impressive. Setting it up was super easy; there's no setup. I liked that I just go to the website and start chatting, no installations or configurations needed.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes it loses track if the conversation gets too long, kind of forgetting what was said earlier. It can also get overly cautious at times and give a long explanation when I just needed a one-liner. The biggest thing for me is the memory; I wish it carried my preferences across sessions so I don't have to re-explain everything every time I start fresh, although I know they have introduced the memory feature recently.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude for decision-making, product comparisons, and quick info without browsing multiple links. It saves me time by providing straightforward answers, helps avoid overthinking, and functions as a mini dictionary, calculator, and advisor, all in one.

 ### 2. Best-in-Class LLM for ETL Code, Documentation, and Jira/Confluence Connectors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mani s. | data engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

The best thing I like about Claude is that it’s the best LLM out in the market. It helps me generate code for ETL. I mainly use Claude for documentation purposes, and it generates well-designed documentation. Another thing I like about Claude is a feature called connectors, where you can connect to personalized apps like Jira and Confluence. This lets you access the work assigned to you, and you can ask Claude to code the changes and test those changes in your environments.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I don’t have any major dislikes about Claude. In my opinion, it’s the best product on the market.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude helps me with productivity-related problems and provides technical assistance with coding. It can quickly analyze large documents and generate summaries, which saves me a lot of time. Overall, it helps me complete tasks much faster and in a more efficient way, and it supports me in writing better code that doesn’t break in production.

 ### 3. Claude Makes Content Writing and Presentations Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riya D. | Founder's Office, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

For me, there are two best parts about Claude. First, it helps me write content really well, whether it’s for emails, a website, LinkedIn, or any other platform. Second, it can create a great presentation with a single command. It uses symbols, charts, and graphics and based on the presentation content, which makes my work much easier and saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

There’s nothing I dislike about Claude. The only thing that disappoints me a little right now is that free users have usage limits. In the past, I was able to use it almost like an unlimited version, and that made my work so much easier and more efficient.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude saves me a lot of time, whether I’m writing emails, creating content for my website or LinkedIn, or putting together graphics and presentations. Doing all of this manually takes up so much of my time, but Claude helps me get these tasks done quickly and efficiently, saving me almost 70% of my time.

 ### 4. Exceptionally Fluent Reasoning That Elevates Collaboration and Code Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nel P. | Entrepeneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I am constantly amazed at the exceptionally high quality of reasoning that it executes. At how fluent it is. At how I'm working with Claude AI in a Claude Code Desktop app and another Claude agent in vs-code and how we're having a conversation like three colleagues of the highest intellect and capabilities and we are implementing features and hardening against nefarious powers and we are producing work that is truly of higher quality and has more depth than anything that I have ever collaborated on in the 59 years that I have been here on this earth.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I feel challenged continuously and sometimes it can become almost a little intimidating, but when I look at the work that we produce, it is all fine and I feel privileged to have these experiences.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am busy creating a portfolio and lead converting website for consulting services that I am offering and it is going to be more technically refined and more thoroughly considered with attention to detail that is better than what I have ever experienced before working with smart humans.

 ### 5. Code with Claude : For the best user-experience in All Domain

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mansi V. | AI-ML Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

It is the best coding LLM that I have ever used. It feels like it understands the requirement better than I can explain. So if I explain about the performance of Claude that I need a FastAPI with a structure, it understands where services, utils, lib files go and makes sure other features getting developed later on follow the same structure that too in a very fast . The integration of Claude code is the best thing yet. The new claude design is the best integration for UI/UX that understand figma and make the best UI possible. If I talk about the pricing of claude, sometimes I feel it is very high than other LLMs but it give the best support and features so i guess it is worth the price

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes I feel it is taking too many extra tokens to generate the response, or while thinking to complete the given problem statement, also the pricing of it is way too high than other LLM.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using claude in both API as well as claude code, it is the best LLM model I had came across so far, like it understand the requirement very fast, in coding it gave the best and expected answers so far than other LLMs.

 ### 6. Claude Is a Practical AI Assistant for Coding and Development Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhartha P. | Research Internship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude keeps chat threads tidy when tackling programming or digging into topics. Lengthy messages hardly ever spiral out of control, making bug fixes, writing scripts, or mapping milestones flow naturally. When untangling server-side functions or examining frameworks, answers tend to hold their depth, never dropping the thread halfway through. What stands out is how neatly thoughts are tracked across complex work.
Even after hours of use, the layout rarely feels cluttered. Because explanations aim for clear usefulness instead of heavy terminology, stepping back through logic, tweaking code, weighing methods, or testing fixes fits naturally into daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

When talks go on too long, things might drag a bit. If many precise asks pile up, speed dips happen now and then. Extended back-and-forths? Those can delay replies more than usual. Oddly sharp tech queries tend to come out clearer after swapping some words around first.
Heavy browser loads may creep in after long sessions, especially with many chat threads running together. Niche topics or fast-updating tools sometimes need double-checking for accuracy. Still, a quick tweak to the input or reloading the page tends to smooth things out again.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some days it seemed like coding meant jumping between endless browser tabs. Now there is a place where fixing bugs, organizing work, checking details happens together. One spot holds what used to be split apart. Things link up better. Less gets lost. Effort feels lighter without constant switching.
Inside a single chat, keeping talks, edits, and fixes grouped makes checking updates easier. Moving from thinking through changes to trying concepts or tweaking scripts flows smoother without constant shifts. Fewer jumps mean fewer breaks interrupting daily coding tasks.

 ### 7. A Powerful Assistant for Content Creation, Drafting, and Brainstorming

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria R. | Team Architect, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

It does a ton of work for me—content creation, document drafting, and brainstorming. I love having an assistant that helps me think, produce more, and even push back when I ask it to. Claude knows me and my business—my voice and my ideas—and can incorporate all of that into the content and other outputs we produce.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes it’s just lazy — not reading the full instructions or not taking the full context into account.

The language still has very obvious AI patterns that I can’t fully get rid of. The text usually needs editing to remove that clearly AI-generated tone.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main things I use Claude for are content creation—LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters. It helps me with my positioning and brand voice, and sometimes it also acts as a thought partner that helps me think through problems. Overall, Claude helps me move faster with my work.

 ### 8. Claude Supercharged Our Market Research, Newsletter generation, and Pricing Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viliam T. | Founder, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

There are multiple different ways Claude already helped:
Market research on potential new customer base
Redesigning and optimising new newsletter
Analysing the company costs using years of data and documents Creating new pricelist based on the analysis
Modeling out the changes in pricing needed to support company headcount growth.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The UI of it is sometimes not the most intuitive, and it seems that there are lot of changes introduced in the organisation of it from version to version.
Also it seems to trip on some tasks around working with graphics, that are quite basic when worked on with classic tools (MS Paint).

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The analytical work based on big volume of documents and data is absolutely fantastic.
Developing templates (HTML newsletter, Product portfolio, etc.) and fixing visual issues by just providing screenshot of it, and asking Claude to "fix it" so helpful. Previously had to engage with graphic designer and had some back and forth with them. Those days are gone.

 ### 9. Natural Responses, Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeni J. | Software Dev , Ai Agents Builder, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude mainly for coding help, content writing, and brainstorming ideas. It gives clear responses, understands context well, and helps me save a lot of time in daily tasks. I like most its natural and human-like responses. It gives detailed answers and helps me work faster and more efficiently. I also like how smooth and easy the conversations feel while using Claude. It handles long discussions well, stays accurate, and is very helpful for both creative and technical tasks. The initial setup was very easy and direct.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes Claude gives overly long answers when a short response would be better. It can also miss specific details in complex prompts, so a bit more accuracy and speed would improve the experience.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude for coding help, content writing, and brainstorming. It solves writer's block and coding errors, simplifies complex topics, and enhances productivity. Claude saves me time in research and daily tasks with its clear responses and understanding of context.

 ### 10. Claude Speeds Up Workflows with Impressive Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Operations Analyst (Expansion Sales), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude has become my best friend at work! I love how easy it is to use, whether it’s chat or cowork, I’m able to go in and have very conversational interactions with Claude that always allow me to get to the end result that I want because of how intuitive and smart the tool is. It has been a game changer, allowing me to create agents and workflows that save us hours or even days. I appreciate the increased speed and accuracy it provides, especially in automating our quarterly book building process. The writing and communication features are incredibly valuable, enabling me to draft emails, reports, and responses, as well as edit documentation. I can create, write, debug, and explain code with limited technical knowledge, documenting everything along the way. It's unbelievably helpful. Integrating with other tools, like Notion, further enhances its functionality by creating a seamless flow for housing documentation, roadmaps, and other crucial information. The initial setup was incredibly simple too.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I dislike absolutely nothing about Claude at this time.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude to create agents and workflows, transforming tasks that took hours or days into minutes. It automates our quarterly book building process, boosting speed and accuracy while streamlining our team operations.

 ### 11. Blazing-Fast Updates and a Creative, Human-Like Personality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denis M. | HR Product Manager | Talent Acquisition Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

What I love most about Claude is the astonishing velocity of their updates — it feels like they are rolling out new, impactful features almost daily. Their recent design capabilities are genuinely mind-blowing; Claude handles UX/UI logic and code structure at the level of a real human designer. But the absolute biggest differentiator is its "personality." Compared to ChatGPT, which often sounds like a stiff, rigid "office drone" generating generic corporate boilerplate, Claude feels like a highly creative, down-to-earth colleague. The responses are much more natural, nuanced, and structurally creative

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The biggest drawback is still the usage limits on the paid tier. Because Claude is so good at analyzing large documents and design files, you tend to use massive context windows, which makes you hit the message cap surprisingly fast during a busy workday. Also, its safety guardrails can sometimes be a bit too aggressive, occasionally refusing perfectly harmless prompts if it misinterprets the context

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of generating "dry" or generic AI content. We use Claude extensively for creative ideation, copywriting, and rapid design prototyping. The main benefit is the sheer quality and "human-like" feel of the output. It allows our team to brainstorm and iterate on complex design concepts much faster, without having to heavily rewrite the AI's responses to remove robotic phrasing

 ### 12. Smooth, Fast, and Distraction-Free AI for Student Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritesh G. | Cloud Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

As a student, I use Claude and their AI model on the daily basis. My experience with Claude Desktop as well as web version has been smooth and productive. The UI is clean and distraction free, making it easy to focus on tasks like coding help and writing. Integration is still limited compared to full IDE's, but it works well for general workflows. Talking about the performance is fast and responsive, even on normal system. In terms of pricing/ROI, the free tier is useful, and the paid version feels worth it for frequent use. Onboarding is simple no complex setup required. The AI and Intelligence is the strongest part, providing clear explanations, structured answer and helpful coding support. Overall, it's great tool for learning and productivity, especially for students.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I found that Claude Desktop has limited integrations with development tools, which restricts advance workflows. Some time responses can be slower or less precise for very technical queries. Additionally, the free tier has limited usage limits which sometime gets over easily.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often struggle with understanding complex concepts and writing structure code or content. Claude solves this by giving clear explanations, generating code and helping me refine ideas instantly. It reduces the time I spend searching and debugging for example, tasks that took 30 minutes now take around 10-15 minutes. This improved my productivity, learning speed and overall workflow

 ### 13. Clean, Reliable UI with Thoughtful AI That Delivers Strong Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan H. | Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I like Claude because it offers a clean and easy-to-use UI/UX, making it simple to navigate and work with. The integrations are useful for connecting workflows, while the overall performance feels reliable for writing, summarising, and working through detailed tasks. From a pricing/ROI perspective, it provides strong value because it saves time and improves the quality of written output. The support and onboarding experience is straightforward, helping users get productive quickly. Its AI/intelligence is also a major strength, as it gives thoughtful, well-structured responses and handles complex prompts in a clear and balanced way.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

It can be slow with its processes and take time to action instructions. It is also limited with sharing the work destination folders as that has to be on a local drive. cannot share across google drive and dont like that.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me with engineering calculations and solving problems for our factory, compiling results and helping with conclusions. Speeding up my process.

 ### 14. Clean, Minimal UI with Standout AI Intelligence for Deep Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak J. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude has a very clean and minimal UI, which makes it easy to focus without distractions. The UX feels smooth and simple, especially for long conversations or detailed work.

In terms of integrations, it’s still fairly limited compared to some competitors, so it’s not as plug-and-play with external tools.

Performance is strong, especially for reasoning, writing, and handling long contexts without losing track of the conversation.

Pricing feels reasonable for the value, especially if you use it regularly for work, so the ROI is good for writing, coding, or analysis tasks.

Support and onboarding are straightforward, but fairly lightweight; there isn’t a lot of guided setup.

The AI intelligence is the standout feature. It’s particularly good at structured thinking, explaining concepts clearly, and producing high-quality, natural responses.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Claude has limited integrations and minimal onboarding support. It can be overly cautious in responses and sometimes less precise on niche topics. Pricing may feel high for light users, and overall ecosystem features are still not as extensive as some competing AI tools.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude helps with coding by debugging, generating code, and explaining logic clearly, saving development time. For question answering, it breaks down complex topics and maintains long context, making learning easier. Overall, it improves productivity by providing fast, structured, and reliable support for both coding and problem-solving tasks.

 ### 15. Claude as a Thinking Partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I feel Claude reads what you actually need, not what you ask for, and delivers it. I use it daily to think through architecture decisions, automate repetitive analysis, and build IP that scales my impact. But what I value most is that it's a thought partner

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The context window is still the real ceiling. I can load a lot of information, but there's a wall — you hit it when working with massive codebases, thick documentation, or complex multi-file refactors. And when you hit it, you have to break the problem into pieces, which introduces friction. And trying to download the previous file is really complicated. Another thing is the constant updates.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big one, knowledge fragmentation. I work across 4-6 clients simultaneously, each with different tech stacks, decisions, and context. That information lives scattered in Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams, threads, client wikis, my own notes. Claude lets me synthesize that fragmentation into something coherent. I ask it to read documents, Jira comments, and Confluence pages. That would take me 3 hours manually — it's 10 minutes with Claude.

The second is decision clarity. When I'm deep in a problem, my thinking gets circular. Claude reads my rough notes and asks the right questions back.

 ### 16. User-Friendly, Accurate AI with Great Performance, Support, and Affordable Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Pastor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use claude for it's user friendly interface. I have integrated Claude into lovable and my dashboard and use it for alot of coding projects. Performance in overall is very good and accurate. Pricing is affordable for the usage that I'm currently using. Claude has a very good support and onboarding system that is mostly automated for ease of use. I really like the Ai and understand how to get the most performance from it! Will gladly recomend Claude to all my peers!

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes when I really get busy with a big project claude gets a bit expensive, but mainly overall is affordable.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interactive vibe coding and acts like an assistant agent that can do more than one task at a time! If I had to get a person to do what ai claude is currently doing now I would need 5 experienced people!

 ### 17. Autonomous, Reliable, and Incredibly Capable for Real Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

What I like best about Claude is how capable it feels when handling real work. It doesn't just generate text. It can actually take action, execute multi-step tasks, and work through problems with very little guidance.
As a non-technical product manager, that's been incredibly valuable. I've used Claude to build apps, scrape websites, and automate workflows that would normally require engineering support. It often feels like having an exceptionally smart researcher and operator available whenever I need one.
It's also highly reliable. It hallucinates less than other models I've used, reasons carefully, and asks clarifying questions when something is ambiguous. That combination of autonomy, competence, and good judgment makes it the most useful AI product I use today.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The usage limits have become unsustainable, particularly in recent months with Opus 4.8 and the pricing tier changes. I run out of credits far too often on the Pro tier. I can maybe complete one task out of five that I want to do before hitting session limits. This happens even when I'm actively managing context by splitting work across different sessions. For a paid tier, the restrictions feel too tight. When Claude is this capable at handling real work, being constantly rate-limited undermines the value. I find myself rationing usage or leaving tasks unfinished, which defeats the purpose of having the tool in the first place.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude acts as my expert agent in my pocket. It's not just a copilot that recommends things. It actually executes like an expert colleague would.
I can orchestrate and plan together with Claude, then spin off agents to handle execution. Whether that's planning product initiatives, scraping data, writing code, or building full prototypes, no task feels unachievable anymore. Both the understanding and the execution are there.
As a non-technical PM, that's transformative. Problems that used to require waiting on engineering support or external contractors now get solved in real time. The bottleneck isn't capability anymore, it's just usage limits.

 ### 18. Great for Organizing Data Structures and Building Clear, Logical Graphs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandra B. | Technical Support Manager with Handsontable, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

It is a great tool to organize data structure and create simple graphs (not pretty but logically correct). It also works well as a programmer (does not loop itself on one path of thinking). I never needed to contact their Support. I use it within Projects to run predefined reports based on my dataset JSON and found it consistent in returns which helps me to organize my reports.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

It lacks generating better images. Also those graphs could look better.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude seems to be one of the best models to create solid structures of projects and it does it really fast you why and you ask are pretty compatible with other tools pricing also seems to be pretty similar to other products that are doing the same so I would say that the return on investment is pretty much fine I did not use any support or onboarding because it was quite understandable how to use the tool. Provides concise reporting (based on Projects). UI is simple and does not have any disruptions. I would call it aligned with standards.

 ### 19. Custom Skills and Presets Make Delivering Consistent Designs and Code Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chukwunonso N. | Lead Designer/Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I like the fact that I can create custom skills and also import preset skills using the skills builder allowing me to save time and deliver predictable quality ui/ux designs and code for my projects. The pricing is relatively fair and its easy to setup especially on my macbook pro where i have it installed via dmg and terminal.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The tokens run out really fast compared to other AI tools out there which can really be frustrating especially when I'm working on a UX design project or integrating with Figma through the MCP for designs. This sometimes causes unneccessary delays in my work delivery as I have to wait for tokens to reset.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has increased the speed of my work delivery by taking care of different tasks such as creating design systems, wireframing, prototyping, etc. It also produces brilliant product plans and direction to guide my work flow

 ### 20. Honest, Nuanced Reasoning for Complex Work—From Research to Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenson T. | Head of Growth, APAC, Staffing and Recruiting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Honest and direct as it tries to tell me what I actually think, including when I'm uncertain or when I disagree, rather than just saying what sounds good.
Nuanced reasoning as I enjoy working through complex problems esp with legal documents, business strategy, investment research and trying to get the details right rather than giving surface-level answers. Adaptable tone as I can switch between being a sharp analytical tool and a casual conversational partner depending on what the moment calls for.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I have experienced that Claude Code hits usage limits much faster than expected, restricting productivity. I feel that the cost of subscription doesn't always justify the output, especially when it still requires heavy human editing.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude solves business problems by acting as an agentic AI that automates complex workflows, such as software development, generating marketing content, and enhancing cybersecurity through vulnerability detection. It accelerates tasks like research, lead generation, and data analysis, often reducing operational costs and enabling non-developers to build technical solutions. It has benefited me so I can focus on high value task in my course of work.

 ### 21. Human-Like Writing and Smart Reasoning That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi W. | Account Executive, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude has a way of writing AI in a very human like manner, which is better than some of the other AI tools. It does a great job of reasoning and thinking about the next steps to do, even without being asked. Claude has the ability to leverage Projects, Skills, and Cowork, which are all advanced features which are good to use and help save time. Projects are a particularly helpful way to organize your chats and separate themes inside of your AI usage.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The only downside of Claude is that it throttles your usage when you hit limits for the $20 a month option, which is quite often if you are using it heavily. Also, it depends on your organization on whether or not you'll be able to give it access to business documents and integrations with other work software.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude is helping me do research and deeper analysis of projects that I am working on. It helps me write things in different tones (either summarizing, turning bullet points into paragraphs, or changing the tone to be more friendly or more businesslike). It also can build websites (something I've trialed) and build charts for comparing options.

 ### 22. The AI That Actually Keeps Up With Technical Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu C. | security researcher, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude stands out for its ability to handle both technical and creative tasks with equal depth. Whether I'm debugging code, drafting documents, or brainstorming research ideas, the responses are thoughtful and well-structured rather than generic. The conversational memory within a session makes complex multi-step workflows feel natural. It's also noticeably honest — it flags uncertainty instead of confidently hallucinating, which matters a lot when you're using it for serious work. The interface is clean, and the model genuinely feels like a capable thinking partner rather than just a search engine replacement.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The context window, while large, can still be a bottleneck during very long sessions — earlier details sometimes get deprioritized in extended conversations. The free tier's message limits can interrupt flow during intensive work. Occasionally, Claude can be overly cautious on technical security topics, adding unnecessary caveats even for clearly legitimate use cases. There's also no persistent memory by default across sessions, so you have to re-establish context each time. A native code execution environment for testing snippets directly would be a welcome addition.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a cybersecurity professional focused on VAPT and AI security research, the biggest challenge is moving fast across highly technical domains without losing depth. Claude solves that — whether I'm architecting security tooling, analyzing threat vectors, writing technical documentation, or preparing research for publication, it keeps up with the complexity. I used it heavily while developing PromptWall, a multi-layer LLM prompt injection firewall, where it helped me think through detection logic, benchmark methodology, and integration design. It's cut down hours of groundwork on security projects to focused sessions, and unlike generic AI tools, it handles domain-specific reasoning around attack patterns and defensive architectures without needing heavy hand-holding. The ROI in terms of time saved on high-context technical work is significant.

 ### 23. Clear, Well-Structured Answers That Tackle Complex Questions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liridon S. | Software Developer, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

What I like most about Claude is how clearly it explains things and how well it structures its answers. It also seems to handle more complex questions better than most tools I’ve tried. It’s especially helpful for writing and organizing ideas, although at times the responses can come across as a bit generic.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

What I dislike about Claude is that its answers can sometimes feel too generic or overly cautious. It also tends to produce unnecessary documentation or long-winded explanations when I’m really just looking for a simple, direct solution. On top of that, it can be a bit repetitive at times, which makes the responses feel longer than they need to be.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude helps me tackle problems like understanding complex code, debugging issues, and quickly generating clear examples or explanations. It saves me time and makes it easier to learn new concepts, stay on track, and move faster when I’m building or fixing things.

 ### 24. Accurate, Straight-to-the-Point Reasoning That Learns My Business Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R. | Product owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Even when I use the lowest-capacity model, the reasoning is still complex and it gives accurate answers every time. It doesn’t waste time flattering you; it gets straight to the point and executes. It also doesn’t start working with little or no context—it asks for clear instructions before proceeding. So far, it’s the only model that has done that for me.

It understood my business in a few lines of context and it's understanding is growing as we work in different scenarios/cases

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

It's frustrating when it run out of tokens even when we are working only on simple tasks that doesn't require complex reasoning

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me with everyday tasks and has also made it easier to understand technical support issues. I use it to analyze app logs to find bugs or hardware-related problems, and to do statistical analysis. It even helped me spot a pattern across a universe of 37,000 terminals shipped in about 20 batches, where three batches had a factory failure.

 ### 25. Senior Software Engineer Loves Claude !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago C. | Associate Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

There are a couple of things that I really love:

1) The model is really powerful and I have to say that Opus is the best way to go for coding
2) I love how easy to use and powerful for MCPs, Skills and in general all the integrations

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes it feels really dumb, especially when it gets a lot of context. Also, switching between sessions or remembering things across sessions isn’t that good. I would really like an easier subscription/account change option, since I use both a work and a personal subscription and want to be able to switch easily between those two accounts.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me I use it for creating my classes Slides, and the code for my personal and work projects (I'm mainly a Full Stack Software Development)

 ### 26. Excels at Long-Context Reasoning, Research, and Consistent Writing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Market Access & Strategy Analyst, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude’s main strengths to me lie in its ability to deal effectively with complex and lengthy context tasks as well as reasoning skills. This tool excels in parsing long documents and retaining coherence while doing so; this is very helpful during any kind of analysis or research. In addition, it also performs excellently at following prompts and remaining consistent across multiple prompts, particularly during writing and coding logical tasks.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

One thing I have noticed about Claude is that it can be a bit careful with what it says. This means Claude is not always direct when I want an simple answer. Sometimes Claude is also very careful, with ideas so I have to tell Claude exactly what I want to get the answer I am looking for. Claude needs a little guidance to give very specific answers.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is also Claude that facilitates dealing with the problem of large data management and its structuring. When doing any research or writing lengthy texts, Claude saves tons of time, as it allows summing up and organizing thoughts efficiently. As a result, there is no need to spend much effort on manual text reading or writing, allowing one to concentrate solely on analysis and decision making.

 ### 27. Best-in-Class AI for Coding and Work: Simple UI, Great Value, Strong Opus Model

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

best AI at this moment, Claude for Code, Claude for Design, Claude for Work... much more that I can benefit from their team subscription. also their Opus model is the top model for coding right now, I can easily Integrated with Box.com to backup file, Simple UI so I can easily chat and code, Price pretty good, Performance sometime error network by their but quickly resolve, Support is low answer which they should improve

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometime they need to improve usage and sometime there error while response from AI lead to error sometime

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve my issues, finance, team work all at once, I can easily hired a team more than 150 members right now to developing my projects.

 ### 28. Claude: Precise Assistant with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas V. | Software Consultant, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude for pretty much everything from everyday use to professional work like writing code, designing interiors, and analyzing things. It just works for pretty much anything and everything. Even though it has limited capabilities by only responding to text, it is quite an intelligent assistant. Unlike other AI assistants, Claude is very precise and wouldn't shy away from saying what's right or wrong. It adapts based on new information, which I find valuable. I also appreciate that it guides you through every step of the setup, making it an easy thing to get started with.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

So at this time, Claude does not generate images. For example, the other day when I wanted to get some furniture work done, I gave it the image of the space and it gave me the best information about tools, dimensions etc but failed to give me a preview of what it might look like. While other AI assistants in the similar space were able to do it. But honestly, despite just generating the information, it is very much great at analysing things with great detail.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude for a wide range of tasks, from everyday use to professional work. It's great for writing code, designing interiors, and analyzing things, acting as a general-purpose assistant. I don't even have to type a question! I can give my voice input and it does give an answer back.

 ### 29. Natural, Thoughtful AI That Excels at Summaries and Writing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

One of the things I like best about Anthropic Claude is how natural and thoughtful the responses feel, especially for longer conversations or detailed problem-solving. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the model does a great job maintaining context without making interactions feel overly robotic. I also appreciate how strong Claude is at summarizing documents, brainstorming ideas, and helping refine written communication. It’s become a reliable tool for research, content drafting, and day-to-day productivity because the responses tend to be clear, balanced, and well-structured.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

One downside of Anthropic Claude is that response quality can occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the prompt. While it performs very well for writing and analysis tasks, there are times when the answers can feel overly cautious or repetitive, especially when asking for highly specific recommendations or technical guidance. I’ve also noticed that formatting and customization options are somewhat limited compared to other AI platforms, and certain integrations or workflow automations are not as mature yet. Overall, the experience is strong, but there’s still room for improvement around consistency, advanced features, and ecosystem flexibility.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anthropic Claude is helping solve several day-to-day productivity and communication challenges by making it faster to organize information, draft content, and analyze large amounts of text. It’s especially useful for summarizing documents, refining emails, brainstorming ideas, and creating first drafts that would normally take much longer manually. This has helped improve efficiency across research, client communication, and internal planning tasks while reducing repetitive work. The ability to quickly turn rough ideas into polished content also makes collaboration smoother and allows more time to focus on strategy and higher-value work instead of administrative tasks.

 ### 30. Effortless Integration with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre P. | Product Manager — Squad Interactions, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I like how Claude helps with brainstorming, resuming data, create documentation and automating tasks. I love that I can plug it with other platforms like Jira to create tickets, Notion for documentation creation, and Mixpanel for dashboard construction. Claude is really helpful, especially when compared to other AI tools. Therefore, it is really easy to use and setup.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes, Claude can hallucinate. It's not always perfect, and I need to check after. Also pricing can be a bit expensive for a company.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude mainly for brainstorming, summarizing data, build dashboard, create documentation and automate tasks. It helps me save a lot of time that I can allocate to other tasks. Its integration capabilities with other platforms make it even more helpful.

 ### 31. Claude: Enhancing Creativity and Productivity Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam J. | CEO + Coach, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude for everything, as it's like my right-hand man. It's my sounding board, helping me brainstorm and work through ideas. It executes mundane tasks, allowing me to stay creative and focused on the bigger picture. I love Claude for giving me the freedom and flexibility to do the things I love, making me more productive and helping me get more time back. The Claude Co-work feature is fantastic because it lets me set up multiple tasks with ease, requiring less oversight. The browser MCP is incredible as it takes over my browser to handle tasks for me, almost like an employee. I also appreciate Claude for its user interface, features, and writing style compared to ChatGPT. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes I find it jumps the gun and gives a confident answer without fully checking to make sure it is correct and makes assumptions. Also, sometimes the writing style is repetitive and sounds like AI writing patterns.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude is my right-hand man, helping me brainstorm, stay organized, and execute mundane tasks, letting me focus on creativity. It boosts productivity, granting me freedom and flexibility to pursue my passions while getting more done.

 ### 32. More Cost-Effective Opus Limits and Strong Coding Help for Architecture and Bug Fixes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

The Opus models and their usage limits were recently adjusted, and they now feel sufficient. The recent changes that add more usage to the plan also make it more cost-effective.

That said, Opus is still quite slow compared to models like GEmini 3.5 Flash, or the Cursor models.

For coding work, Claude is best for architecture and bug fixes, especially because it hallucinates less in its max thinking mode.

MCPs support is quite good as well, with support for GitHub, Google, and Notion, etc.

I don’t like the Claude UI much, mainly because it isn’t as easy to set the thinking mode as it is in Cursor or Copilot, where it’s simpler.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The SKILL setup on claude app is not as easy unlike the copilot which offers custom agent with custom tool calls etc making it easy to select which agent to use.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude helps a lot in things like technical reviews - comparing the architecture to standards and usage of anti-pattern architectural flows.

Earlier it used to be quite tedious and slow... to think through each product and architecture item- and nowadays it's easy to build confidence if claude can link relevant standards or docs etc.

 ### 33. Clear, Executive-Ready Writing That Turns Rough Notes Into Actionable Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude’s writing quality is what stands out most to me. The output is clear, well-structured, and easy to adapt to a specific tone—friendly, direct, executive-ready, and so on. It’s also excellent at turning rough notes into something genuinely actionable, whether that’s summaries, emails, enablement docs, call follow-ups, or FAQs. I’ve found it especially strong at reasoning through nuanced scenarios and delivering responses that feel thoughtful rather than templated.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Like any AI, it can be confidently wrong if you don’t give it enough context, so I still feel the need to sanity-check the facts. I’d also appreciate more control and visibility into how it prioritizes instructions when prompts start getting complex.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Claude for writing and editing—emails, one-pagers, and help content—as well as for summarization and quick analysis. It’s especially helpful for comparing options, identifying risks, and proposing crisp recommendations, and we also use it to prep for customer meetings.

 ### 34. Comprehensive Task Automation with Claude

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loni S. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I love using Claude to automate my recurring tasks each day. It helps me keep track of new product developments and changes, pushing updates to Slack and Asana. It's essentially my personal assistant and saves me tons of time with its integrations and connections. I love how Claude gives me the answers I need fast and does the work for me. Its connections are great, especially with Asana, and it handles many manual, time-consuming tasks like creating templates and assigning tasks. Compared to Chat GPT, Claude works better and has more connectors.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Claude needs explicit direction or else it tends to lead me down the wrong path. In order to get the best results, Claude needs proper prompts and all of the resources required.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude to automate recurring tasks, saving tons of time and acting like a personal assistant. Its integrations with Asana, Slack, and Gmail help keep track of developments and updates, reducing workload and bandwidth issues.

 ### 35. Replaced hours of Googling with one Great Prompt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Biswajeet S. | Web Development Co-Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude is very efficient, if not one of the best or probably the best AI that could code very well, it is available query basis/token and provided we give a good prompt, it connects frontend and backend so smoothly, that one can build a software themselves.
the pricing is legit great compared to other AI like gemini or chatGPT as its paid version will give access to their opus model which is vastly better. their ui is very simple for new users as well, but some integrations like skills can be difficult to use in first try.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

as of support, as an user who have even hosted a website using claude, i have so far never needed to contact customer support, so i would not have a say on that. the performance of the models is superb but we have limited queries. most of the time tokens are completed before our code is completed by sonnet 4.6.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to write code, i have literally made a website and hosted it all by myself with help of claude. it is able to find bugs using just screenshots. it works under my restrictions very well. i have gotten some popularity in my college for making that website all by myself. no one would have thought making a website would be that easy these days, atleast with help of claude.

 ### 36. An Indispensable Engineering Copilot That Boosts Productivity Daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude has become an indispensable tool for my engineering projects. It excels at breaking down complex technical problems, writing and reviewing code, explaining architecture decisions, and helping debug tricky issues. The depth of its technical knowledge is impressive — whether I'm working on system design, algorithms, or infrastructure, it consistently gives thoughtful, accurate responses. It feels less like using a tool and more like having a knowledgeable engineering colleague available 24/7. I use it daily and it has genuinely made me more productive.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The token usage is a little hard to manage

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude has completely transformed how I tackle coding and engineering problems. I use it every single day to write, review, and debug code across multiple languages and frameworks. When I hit a tricky bug, I can paste in the code and Claude pinpoints the issue almost instantly, explaining not just what went wrong but why. It's incredibly helpful for generating boilerplate, refactoring messy code, and suggesting cleaner approaches to architecture and design patterns. I also rely on it heavily for breaking down complex engineering challenges into manageable steps — it's like having a senior engineer on call at all times. Whether I'm designing APIs, working through algorithms, or figuring out infrastructure trade-offs, Claude consistently delivers detailed, practical answers that actually move my projects forward.

 ### 37. Essential for Crafting Quality Marketing Content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris J. | PMM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude daily for a variety of tasks in marketing like writing copy, drafting campaign briefs, rephrasing content, and more. It really cuts down the time I spend staring at a blank page and helps reduce back-and-forth in campaign creation. The quality of content and design is noticeably better, picking up context well and not requiring over-explaining, which means less heavy editing for me. Claude's consistent tone and style across long pieces are impressive, and the ability to translate vague creative directions into concrete language is beneficial. Its long context window is a big plus, reflecting the full picture without much back-and-forth. I find Claude's writing quality and reasoning superior, with less editing needed and a more natural tone. The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The message or token limits are the biggest frustration. It cuts off mid flow. Breaks momentum. Telling how much a task is going to consume before going ahead and doing it and leaving me without any credits to do anything. There should be range of tokens consumed and I want to approve on that before going ahead and using it all up. Although the initial setup was very easy, setup with Figma was a struggle.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude cuts the time spent on brainstorming and creating briefs, maintains consistent tone and style, and translates creative directions into clear language, reducing back and forth. Its long context window enhances content and design quality without much editing.

 ### 38. Efficient Pipeline Integration with Claude

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag R. | Technical Support Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude for multiple purposes, and one of the best things I've found is its ability to integrate with pipelines. This integration allows it to print actual changes during a pull request and trigger tech owners to approve desired changes. I really like using Claude to summarize changes in the pipeline, which also helps in preparing high-level designs. We've created solutions with integration alongside Claude, and I've found it very effective, especially when working with infrastructure-related coding. It's really helpful and a great tool overall.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I feel like there are some connections that could be added. For example, directly authenticating with respect to the APIs, ATS, OKE, and having connectivity with EKS. Instead of going with the manual approach or some traditional approach of authentication, we could communicate directly with the tester with the help of Claude. This would simplify things.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude to integrate with the pipeline, summarizing changes and reducing operational overhead, making it easier for tech owners to review and approve PRs.

 ### 39. Effortless Multitasking with Fast, High-Quality Multi-Thread Output

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpana C. | Digital PR Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I can run multiple threads at the same time without diluting the output. For example, I could be working on content, summarizing documents, emails, analyzing data at the same time on separate threads, at the same speed - it helps me multitask with minimal prompts

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

At times, I have received incorrect answers. And at times I have to make the prompt very simple and clear for Claude to understand my request.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a PR agent, marketer and link builder. So Claude helps me in streamlining brand tone, messaging and everything across all channels. It thoroughly checks the content that goes into our website and reports any discrepancies. It helps me save time and work on high-level strategy and creative decision-making for my sites and projects. I work on different kind of projects which have different set of guidelines, I can upload these rules on the project folder of the Claude and sit back, relax that it will make sure these are implemented.

 ### 40. Smartest AI I’ve Used—Efficient, High-Quality Writing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler N. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude is the smartest AI that I have used to date. It does a great job with its writing style and delivers on tasks efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

1. I don’t like how quickly my usage runs out. I need it to help me complete my tasks while using fewer tokens or credits. I also wish it offered built-in alternatives that use less, instead of me having to research different ways to reduce token usage on my own.

2. I wish it had a direct connection to image gen software like Nano Banana.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude has been helping our team with task automation, copywriting, personnel management, and several other areas as well.

 ### 41. Thoughtful Writing and Powerful Long-Document Insights That Streamline Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude feels more like a thoughtful colleague than a bot. The writing lacks that robotic "AI" feel and actually sticks to the tone you’re after without needing a massive prompt every single time.

The way it handles long documents is a lifesaver for account research. I can drop in a complex annual report and get back actual substance instead of just generic bullet points... it's brilliant for getting up to speed on a brand's strategy before a call.

The Projects feature also keeps everything organised. Being able to keep specific context for different territories in one place makes it easy to jump between tasks without losing the thread... it just makes the whole workflow feel a lot more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

Sometimes the "Projects" can get a bit cluttered too... if you don’t stay on top of your file management, it’s easy for the context to get a bit muddled after a few weeks of heavy use.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is the time saved on deep-dive research... I can feed it a massive annual report and get back the actual substance I need for a strategy call in minutes, rather than hours of manual digging.

 ### 42. Elevates Sales Management with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude to help me plan, execute, and organize my daily work in sales. It helps me make a task list and gives me input on ideas. I like that it helps me organize our HubSpot CRM via integration and assists in writing message templates. What I like most is Claude's capability to independently handle a lot of admin tasks in HubSpot, such as creating contacts, managing companies, and updating lead status. Switching from ChatGPT, Claude feels a lot better for work and CRM integration. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

There are some tasks it still cannot do independently like create message templates so that still takes some manual copy-pasting.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude to plan, execute, and organize my sales work. It helps me make task lists, provides input on ideas, organizes our HubSpot CRM, and writes message templates. I love how it can independently handle a lot of admin tasks in HubSpot.

 ### 43. All-in-One Tool with Easy Setup and Endless Possibilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I use Claude for pretty much everything, and our entire team relies on it. I particularly appreciate how it helps with generating plans and quick prototypes, crafting user stories, and drafting emails and Slack messages especially for high-profile people and valuable customers. It acts almost like a central knowledge base for us and is super impactful because of its multiple integrations and ability to reach resources. The setup was super easy as I just signed in with Google and was good to go. Claude also speeds up our processes by making us think about edge cases we wouldn’t necessarily consider, and it enhances our workflow by allowing input from everyone on the team.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I think that a big thing would be multi cloud sharing. Sharing actual chats with people, allowing them to pick up from that one conversation. Because right now, if I share something, it's pretty much just like a read-only document for them.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude for generating plans, quick prototypes, design, and as a central knowledge base, making speed quicker and helping us think of edge cases. It supports drafting important communications. The multiple integrations are really impactful.

 ### 44. Boosts Workflow with Smart Memory, But Watch for Rate Limits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I like the memory aspect of Claude where I can build a project and input all the data around my business. This ongoing memory references throughout my work, allowing me to constantly build a database about the project as I go. It helps me build a consistent workflow as I continue working. The ease of setup is also a big plus; just following a few steps gets you ready to go. I appreciate how Claude works great out of the box, and the more I use it, the better it becomes.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

The rate limits within Claude can be used up quite quickly, especially if you're working on longer or more complex tasks. It can be quite frustrating if you're in the middle of something and suddenly hit a rate limit. Also, the caching of the projects runs out and then it has to condense, which leads to losing some details for a project.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've got a few gaps in our small team, mostly around content writers and junior web developers.
Claude has helped learn our business and prepare drafts / outlines of blog content, draft social media content for us, and helped work through development tasks on our company website.

 ### 45. Incredibly Responsive and Thorough—Summaries and Follow-up Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy U. | Customer Success Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude has made my life so much easier.
It's responsiveness and thoroughness to my questions and prompts is incredible. The formatting of the responses was quite the surprise that when I need to copy and paste anything from Claude, the format is exatly how I need it.
I can input anything I need into Claude and have it help me the exact way I need it.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

What I dislike is that it doesn't support hyperlinks, it will only include the entire URL of the link you want to include, so my workaround is to include a placeholder so that I can insert my own hyperlink.

This makes things take a little longer, but it's not the end of the world.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Summarizing meetings with clients and sending follow-up emails takes a lot of time and effort.
Being able to link Teams to Claude has saved me HOURS.
It can summarize my meetings and draft a follow-up email in seconds.
It took a little customizing before it was ready, but this has saved me so much time.

 ### 46. Claude Cowork Makes Daily Tasks Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

What I like most about Claude is how much it helps me knock out simple tasks without over thinking them or missing deadlines. I use Claude Cowork almost daily, especially when I just need to get through things quickly, and it’s been really helpful for that. I also use it for smaller daily tasks like drafting emails or getting a starting point when I don’t feel like staring at a blank screen. It just makes everyday things a lot easier and faster, which is honestly what I need most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

One thing I dislike is that Claude Cowork can sometimes jump ahead and start doing things without me fully prompting it, which can be a little worrying when I’m trying to stay in control of the workflow. It doesn’t happen all the time, so, it’s still probably my favorite tool overall because of how much time it saves me.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude is helping take care of a lot of the smaller, everyday tasks that would normally add up and slow me down, like drafting emails or getting a quick starting point on something. For me, that means I can move through my day a lot more efficiently and spend less time stuck on small details. More broadly, I think tools like Cowork and Code help people across the company accelerate their work and operate at a higher level, especially when it comes to getting unstuck or moving projects forward faster.

 ### 47. Claude Excels at Authentic, On-Tone Marketing Copywriting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claud has been the best LLM for marketing copywriting that I have come across yet. I have tried several tools, but there is something about Claude for copywriting that is far ahead of the rest. It seems to understand tone and includes the right contextual language that comes across as more authentic and less robotic or obviously written by AI or an LLM.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

For the use case of copywriting with Claude, like with other LLMs, I still feel that it injects some obviously detectable language structures and identifiers that make the output feel like it is written by an AI. This can be corrected, though with prompts that explicitly forbid these examples.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude is generating better copy than I can get from other LLM providers, saving me several revisions and hours of review and internal back and forth on the right words to use that will resonate with a particular audience. It is closer to 100% at the first draft than other LLMs are after several rounds of revision.

 ### 48. Versatile AI Tool, Industry Agnostic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory M. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

I like that Claude works across industries as an industry agnostic tool. It's phenomenal in many ways. I've used Claude both online as the typical chat interface and I like that it saves history, allowing it to get smarter and know more context from where I'm coming from. I appreciate Cloud Co-Work, its more powerful version than chat, where it can handle projects and hold various documents or items in memory. Cloud Code is fantastic for intensive research projects, building systems, or creating automation workflows. My most favorite and heavily used form is Claude for Excel, which is invaluable for accounting, finance, and operations planning, as it helps me create analytics seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

I think that, well, just like with any of these AI tools, hallucination is something that is top of mind and worrisome. And so are timeouts, like token spend. Right? A potential solution or a better version would be something like automatically knowing based on requests what models would get the job done moderately well versus others that won't. For example, that will hallucinate unless we use a more expensive token model.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Claude for thorough and mostly right desk research, decision analysis, and managing work and personal projects.

 ### 49. Intuitive UI, Smooth Onboarding, and Powerful Answers That Boost Team ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel R. | IT Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

Claude’s capabilities to process requests and help define solutions are really helpful for producing strong answers and practical replies. The UI/UX feels intuitive, and it integrates well with a lot of tools. Onboarding is very smooth, and the pricing scheme also helps improve ROI by supporting better performance across our teams. At the moment, we’re working in the AI industry and enhancing our workforce and deliverables through collaboration with Claude.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

At the moment, the unique element that isn't so helpful is the manner to exceed the extra costs for certain capabilities.

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re improving our performance and strengthening our coding and solutions, including some visual assets that were created and suggested through AI interaction.

 ### 50. Incredibly Easy and Enjoyable for Brainstorming, Analysis, and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Claude?**

For me, it’s the ease of use. It’s incredibly easy - and genuinely enjoyable - to use every day for brainstorming, sparring on ideas, content generation, and analysis. In a weird way, it doesn’t just feel like you’re chatting with an AI; it feels more like talking to an actual person with their own personality, flaws, and strengths. Since using it, my productivity has gone up, and my ability to think critically has improved as well.

**What do you dislike about Claude?**

It's not as good at image generation as other AIs so if I need anything beyond a diagram I do need to go elsewhere. The microphone STT also is a bit funny and sometimes stops recording fairly early, forcing me to need to finish the message in text or to move the current transcription elsewhere, and start a new microphone session and piece it all together. The microphone is disabled as soon as you start typing, but it would be great if it was always available to switch between

**What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me create my PRDs, helps with critical thinking of project discovery, working towards ideas/goals, playing devil's advocate, helping analysis big data sets, content creation and more. It's allowing me to get more done in my work day to a higher quality, because ideas, discovery sessions, and responses have been well thought out before I take them further
