As a Tutor I'm very disappointed with the timeline for payments. It's a month since I present my receipt for 3 hrs of service, and I'm still waiting for my payment. I got an e-mail with an stimate time-line of 2-6 weeks but not an specific date of payment. Still waiting... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to approve/reject purchases and adjust reimbursement amounts requested. This enables us to see what items are being purchased and ensure teachers follow the guidelines set by FDOE Regulations for the Teacher Supply Fund.

The fact that we don't have to keep receipts. ClassWallet tracks all the receipts for us. Plus, we are able to go back and look at prior year purchases if need be.

The support I receive from Joshua and Julius. They have been amazing to work with this year. I have worked with Julius for the last two years and he has went above and beyond helping me to stay straight. This year we added Joshua and he has been equally supportive through this whole process. There is no way to stop the process of linking an account in ClassWallet right before the deadline.

Example: It takes 3 - 5 days to link an account. If the deadline to submit for reimbursement is Jan 31. The teachers can start the process of linking their account on Jan 31, but it will not be linked until after the deadline. This means they think since they started the process. They will be able to submit for a reimbursement prior to the deadline. Which is not true, because the ability to submit the rebursements will deactivate on Jan 31st.

There should be a way to prevent them from starting this process at least five days before all account is deactivated on Jan 31. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ClassWallet has made purchasing and receipt collections much easier for us. We also like the different purses that hold various grants. Being able to use the district's tax-exempt staus for purchases is a plus with the teachres as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wish there were more vendor options. Many of our teachers would like to use Walmart or Target without having to get reimbursed. We did have problems with the timeliness of funds distribution, but that seems to have improved greatly this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took about a month to get an account set up. I would get to a certain step and hit an error/bug. this happened every step of the way. I contacted support through chat and over the phone for weeks, and was told that my issues would be escalated to IT and to wait.. I finally was seen as a vendor for my family.. finally received payment, and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for it to transfer (and the fee is taken out for their service). ps my receipt was too small (regular PDF) so I had to go back and edit my receipt so that it could be approved. Oh my goodness.. and we are stuck with classwallet bc ESA is making everyone use this platform. Oh, one more thing.. there are various logins for vendor, user.. I literally have to go into an email that was sent to follow the correct vendor link otherwise I can't login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s very buggy. It’s sometimes difficult to transfer funds into the class wallet from the various funding outlets. These payment and transfer delays cause the loss of vendors, which can be incredibly frustrating. I also don’t like that it’s not ADA compliment, and customer service is less than desired.
