**What do you like best about Clari5 EFM?**

Ability to handle huge volume of transactions, at a high TPS.
Easy to integrate with web based applications.
Can develop scenarios through UI with minimal technical skills 
Customization is comparatively easier

**What do you dislike about Clari5 EFM?**

Support is limited with respect to types of interfaces.
The UI for alert monitoring is not much user friendly, the user team will require a training for effectively utilizing it.
Reports generation is very clumsy and not upto the mark
If you dont plan well involving the development team, you will end up in delayed implementation.


**Recommendations to others considering Clari5 EFM:**

good for json integration, ask for interfaces supported to be developed for front otherwise you may end up delaying the project

It helps in detecting fraudulent transactions and identifying undiscovered fraud patterns.
And it helps customer money protection and improves customer satisfaction and overall brand image
And meets regulatory guidelines

Very organized and very easy to use. You have everything setup in very short period of time. Have new hires adapt very quick as well

very limited to the things I dislike since the things you can do make you save time.

Keeping track of sale opportunities. Link our sales system to keep track of our sales opportunity.
