How it crashes or freezes sometimes, possibly the internet problem or it could be internal problem. We should probably need a better server when setting up the workspace or if you could give a proper reason why the crashing or freezing happened so that we can find a fix for that. I use Citrix Workspace to access WebHIS and EMR seamlessly, which is a major plus for me. I appreciate that it allows access to WebHIS, EMR, and also MCG all in one place, eliminating the need to hunt for different URLs or shortcuts for various hospital systems. Within Citrix, I have observed that Teams and Outlook sessions in Chrome automatically refresh every 15-20 minutes when not actively in use. This frequent refresh cycle is disruptive, and I propose extending the inactivity timer to approximately 60 minutes to enhance user experience. I use Citrix Workspace at my Job for retail as a cashier at Kroger! It is very easy to use and manage HR and Kroger Feed applications.
