My organization is nation wide and therefore all systems are maintained and run from a central location. All requests, issues, etc have to be filtered through that location and when Citrix is having issues (due to the sheer scale) they are generally not resolved very quickly. Another downside for everyday use is the process of loggging in. It is a very secure system and even on the secure desktop machines in my office it often takes extra time to log in and load. Remotely, there is an additional security step (Okta Verify) that just lengthens the process. Citirx is A perfect Software/Tool for database management and company portal management, I am using this software from 5 years in my overall experince easy to use, easy to access company's portal and data and safer option to work on can work unstopabbly and with the help of Citrix it's easy to connect company servers weather we work in office or from Home, Its a most prefferble software application which every technician or Support executive would love to work on, as i have seen in my experience all of the companies in which i have worked on uses only Citrix.
